“THIS IS OUR 9-11.” On the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, Israel was viciously attacked by Hamas insurgents who slaughtered more than 900 Israelis in an unprecedented attack. It became the greatest loss of life Israel has seen since its rebirth. More than 2,000 Israelis were wounded, and hundreds more were taken hostage.
PLEASE PRAY FOR ISRAELI PARENTS AND FAMILIES who lost their sons and daughters in the slaughter carried out by Hamas. Some 260 young were felled when gunmen struck a desert “rave” near the Gaza border. The brutality is simply unimaginable.
We are focusing on prayers of comfort, protection and provision for parents and children as the horrific war against Israel erupts.
As we shared yesterday, many of those killed, and those taken hostage, were Israeli-Americans. Which means that many American parents lost their children, and many children their parents at the outbreak of this war. Just as prophesied back in April, Israel and America are in this war together. And now more than ever, we need His covenantal protection!
