DEAR TURNAROUND CATALYSTS,
FIRST—WE’RE GOING TO BE A LITTLE BUSY over the next few days! So this posting will likely serve as your special alert for both Turnaround Tuesday and our Wednesday prayer call.
AS I WRITE WE ARE SOMEWHERE over Oregon, en route to Alaska for the 7-22 UNSEALING. So far the Spirit of America tour has far exceeded our greatest expectations. As we’ve traversed the west coast from San Diego on 07-07 to Burbank to Sacramento and Boise, we haven’t just prayed for the Spirit of America, we’ve experienced the Spirit of America. Both in the people and in the land.
Jolene and I are so grateful for amazing friends, both old and new, that we’ve connected with along the way! And thanks to all who are praying for us—we are truly in this together.
A week ago, on 7-14, we presented our case before the Throne of God. Leaning into 2 Chronicles 7:14, we sought the Lord for national healing and turnaround, and submitted our Appeal.
Now on 7-22 it’s time for the Unsealing. Lets explore this today.
Vision—Throne of the Ancient of Days
Earlier this year I saw a vision of the Lord as the Ancient of Days, with His throne over Alaska. Jolene and I had just finished the east coast Spirit of America tour. We were praying with a strong group of prophetic intercessors. Immediately when I saw the vision I remembered Chuck Pierce’s word that Alaska is the gateway of the Ancient of Days.
As depicted in Daniel 7, the Ancient of Days presides over Heaven’s Court. The days of mankind, past and present and future, are all before Him, as are the records of each day.
In Daniel 7, a river of fire proceeded from His throne. In my vision I saw streams or lines of fire connecting His Throne to every state in America, as well as other nations.
In this season you are being summoned to join Him in His counsel chambers. It is for this reason we are now in flight to Alaska. The stakes are high. Especially with 7-22 converging this year with Tisha b’Av. Israel, America, Iran and the world are truly between the straits!
Court of Heaven
The prophet Daniel was granted an unprecedented vision of Heaven’s Court in action. He kept watch as the most powerful verdicts ever granted to mankind were released. The Daniel 7 verdicts actually follow the pattern recorded in Exodus 2:23-24. Where God convened a shema, a courtroom hearing, to bear witness to the testimony of those brutally afflicted by Pharaoh’s subjugation. He heard their cries, and remembered His covenant. And a freedom movement unmatched in history was unleashed.
God’s verdicts always bring freedom to His own. Daniel saw the Son of Man coming with the clouds, and being presented before Him. The very verbiage insinuates the presentation of evidence in a courtroom, leading to a verdict. But what is the case being settled? And what is the evidence?
Sin Separated God from God
Sin separates us from God. In this case, sin literally separated God from God. For a brief moment in time which seemed to last for eternity, God the Father was separated from God the Son by a literal cup of horrors that held mankind’s sin. It was absorbed to the last drop. He didn’t just take on sin, the Bible says He literally became sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Jesus’ agonizing cry on the cross bore witness to this unimaginable transaction. The angels likely turned their heads, refusing to gaze on their eternal Companion as He endured the brutal lashes, and as the precious hands that once healed God’s people were driven through with Roman stakes.
The Son of Man Ascends
Then came the resurrection. The Son of Man ascended with the clouds, and was presented. Likely all Heaven gasped as the gaze of the Son reconnected with the gaze of the Father, but the transaction was not complete. Jesus presented His own body and blood in exchange for the redemption of all mankind—of you and me.
Daniel watched as the transaction progressed. The body and blood of the Lamb was scrutinized for flaws by Heaven’s Court. Were any rules bent, any sins overlooked in the life of the Christ on earth? If so the priceless investment He made would have been entirely rejected.
No fault found. The verdict then became a commissioning.
“And to Him was given dominion, honor, and a kingdom, so that all the peoples, nations, and populations of all languages might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away; and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed” (Daniel 7:13-14).
Receiving the Scroll
Centuries later, the Apostle John somehow saw the very same scene unfolding before him that Daniel saw. Both recorded similar details, and yet both recorded details that were unique to their perspective. One thing’s finalized in both cases. The scroll of mankind’s redemption was granted to Jesus.
And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slaughtered, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. And He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
And they *sang a new song, saying,“Worthy are You to take the scroll and to break its seals; for You were slaughtered, and You purchased people for God with Your blood from every tribe, language, people, and nation.You have made them into a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign upon the earth” (Rev. 5:6-10).
The UnsealingThe scene continues to unfold, beginning in Revelation 6 with the unsealing of the seven seals. Then I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, “Come!” (Rev.6:1).
Please note the pattern. The verdict is rendered, the scroll is unsealed. I believe we are going to experience such a Throne Room unveiling this 7-22. There is an unsealing from His governmental Throne that activates tremendous change in the earth.
Judgement in Favor of the Saints
In Daniel 7, the verdict recorded immediately after the verdict of Christ’s redemption is Daniel 7:22. When judgment was rendered in favor of the saints. The beast is restrained, and the saints are released to possess the Kingdom.
Jolene and I have hosted 7-22 gatherings for 12 years now. Each time the Lord has shown us where to go, and each time He has conveyed unique expressions of this longstanding verdict which are directed in real time for the year.
Some aspects I have already been shown, though it’s not yet time to share. Much of what I believe the Lord desires to declare and convey remains a mystery, yet to be perceived.
But one thing’s for sure. In a way similar our legal system, the verdict of Christ’s eternal redemption became the foundational precedent for the ultimate expression of God’s justice verdict in favor of the saints. Please keep this at the forefront of your mind and heart as You seek Him for your unique expression of this verdict this year.
“I kept watching, and that horn was waging war with the saints and prevailing against them, until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom” (Dan. 7:21-22).
Friends, lets believe God for His verdict for a west coast turnaround! Lets seek God for the Holy Spirit, even the anointing of the Spirit known as the spirit and power of Elijah, to define the Spirit of America for our future.
Then lets stretch even beyond America’s borders. Lets believe God for a turnaround to put an end to the vicious cycle of Tisha b’Av for Israel and the Jewish people, where the time comes for the saints to possess a greater expression of the Kingdom inheritance He has allotted.
The time is now. Lets come before the ANCIENT OF DAYS! And lets never, ever forget the extraordinary price which was paid in full for us to gain His verdict.
No King but Jesus!
