First—Happy Rosh Hashanah. Lets pray for Jerusalem, as the Head of the Year was defined by two days of violence on the Temple Mount. Remember that Gary Beaton, Jolene and me warned of a Third Infatada, as the strongest meaning of the wave I saw coming to DC in response to the Iran nuclear deal.

It is very significant that Iran is now demanding an Islamic summit, Sunni and Shia, to discuss actions against Israel for stopping a planned riot. Please pray. We warned that as of 9-11 this wave was already in motion, and this seems to be the case.

Vision—Ring of Fire, Belt of Truth
Speaking of burning torches… On Saturday, the eve of Rosh Hashanah, I saw an unusual vision. We were ministering at Watchman’s Sword, an awesome and presence-saturated ministry in Southern Maryland. Prophetic worship was leading us into God’s fire. During this time, I felt the Lord quicken that He is confronting sex trafficking in the region.

Then all of the sudden I saw the following vision. A line of fire shot up from southern Maryland to the Washington DC beltway, and went out in both directions to completely encircle the Capitol.

I remembered how, redemptively, God called the Washington DC beltway His belt of truth. The Apostle Paul commanded God’s people to “gird our loins with truth” as part of receiving our full spiritual armor (Eph. 6:14). Back in the mid-1990s, while Rick and Patti Ridings were leading the original 13 Colonies Prayer Journey, Patti shared a vision of Jesus kneeling and weeping over the East Coast. She saw the Washington DC Beltway as His belt of truth.

I Am Exposing the Loins of Washington DC
When I sought the Lord about the meaning of this belt of fire, the Lord spoke to me the following. “I am lighting up My belt of truth, and I am exposing the loins of Washington DC!”

This may first sound amusing, but I’m telling you the moment quickly became very solemn. It was like the weight of the Lord came in as I prophesied this.

Then Jolene felt stirred prophetically to share from Ezekiel 16. It was so eye-opening to see the many parallels between the Bride of Ezekiel 17 and America today. Born in blood, cared from the beginning by the Lord in a relationship sealed by covenant with Him. Only to become a harlot spiritually and to the nations!

By the end of the prophecy, Ezekiel warns that He is going to bring exposure to her nakedness… from every direction.

Madonna—Desecrated Bride?
Just in case you don’t find this relevant, let me share with you a story. You know that Rosh Hashanah is a time portal that apostolically sets the course for the rest of the year. And you know Washington DC is the governmental gate of our nation.

So this is what the enemy sent to our gates on the very eve of Rosh Hashanah. Madonna had a concert. Remember she is a Kabbalah convert, so she understands the meaning of Hebraic times and seasons.

The theme of the concert was—and I am not kidding here—“The Desecration of the Bride and the Arrival of the Fallen Angels.” Attempting to push this through our gates to set our course from the Head of the Year! We prayed, of course, and cut these things off. And Davids Tent then rocked through that night with the breakthrough worship of the Sanctified Bride.

But still, you see what the enemy is seeking to accomplish so as to defile and bring down our nation.

Please Pray!
Ask the Lord for redemptive exposure, an anointing of holy conviction, to settle over Washington DC and our leaders. Pray that ungodly contracts, ungodly relationships, covenants with death and hell will be annulled before their betrayal is complete—the betrayal of a Nation before God.

Watch how the Lord exposes things that are hidden, beneath the surface even of the land. What lies beneath? What lies are beneath? This is really key.

And finally, remember—not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord. Don’t pray with your own understanding, because your understanding is probably wrong. Pray in the Spirit! You will add fuel for the fire God has already ignited towards His end.

From Ezekiel 16
“Therefore, O harlot, hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord God, “Because your lewdness was poured out and your nakedness uncovered through your harlotries with your lovers and with all your detestable idols, and because of the blood of your sons which you gave to idols,  therefore, behold, I will gather all your lovers with whom you took pleasure, even all those whom you loved and all those whom you hated. 

“So I will gather them against you from every direction and expose your nakedness to them that they may see all your nakedness…”
