DEAR FRIENDS,
GREETINGS FROM DOVER DE. Jolene, Kathi Pelton and I just finished praying over the Dover Air Force Base. It is the largest and busiest air freight terminal in the US military. Perhaps the mission the base is best known for is bringing home military personnel killed in action. It was an honor to invoke the Name of the Lord on behalf of those serving here, while also remembering the great sacrifices made to preserve our freedom today.
AS WE MOVE TOWARDS 9-11, it’s important to remember we are acting on a prophetic warning about a surprise attack similar to Pearl Harbor or 9-11. We are literally retracing the pathway of the 911 terrorists, declaring God’s covenant blessing and protection every step of the way.
I sense the storm the enemy seeks to conjure is turning. The Lord has given us very clear signs to encourage us. I want to share just one extraordinary discovery. Keep in mind that we had no thought of traversing the original 13 colonies during the first 13 days of September until Kathi Pelton prophesied to us.
All of which means that what I’m about to share with you confirms both the seriousness of the threat we face—a storm that could even threaten America’s sovereignty—and the absolute assurance of divine intervention to thwart the enemy’s fullest plans.
Bombs Bursting in Air?
To process this information correctly, it’s important to realize that September 13, the date Kathi highlighted to culminate the tour, is actually the 202nd anniversary of the War of 1812 bombardment of Fort McHenry in Baltimore. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
Francis Scott Key watched the bombardment through the night from the deck of a British battleship, where he had been held captive after being captured. To his astonishment, when dawn broke on September 14, the flag was still there. The British Invasion had failed. America’s sovereignty remained intact.
Keep this in mind. Because a prophetic warning we included in our new book Turnaround Decrees paints a stunning picture of where we are and what we are together seeking to accomplish.

Please also pay particular attention to the aspect that deals with the targeting of our free market system. After hearing this warning, a friend in Virginia Beach who deals with countering cyber attacks warned that cyberwarfare against our economic capacities is right now at a magnitude far beyond anything he has ever seen.

Prophetically, the Spirit of God is warning about the potential of another attack on our soil, of a similar or even greater magnitude than 9-11-01. It’s a sense I have not been able to shake. The Lord has shown me no timetable at present. But the attempted sabotage by the enemy seems sooner rather than later. A derailment of our free market economy is targeted. AND IT MAY SOUND TRITE BUT THE BOMBS BURSTING IN AIR WILL IN THE END GIVE PROOF THAT OUR FLAG IS STILL THERE.
Whether this attack can be mitigated or even prevented is not clear either. Please pray. Enter into repentance over your sins, and the sins of the nation. Call 911. We need the Lord to restore His covenant covering over the land!
