DEAR LAMPLIGHTERS,
ONE SMALL CANDLE CAN LIGHT A THOUSAND. Across the globe millions of Christians are joining Jewish friends to celebrate the Feast of Dedication, lighting a candle a night successively until the brightness of the Hanukkah menorah becomes full.
One small candle. This quote seems straight out of the chronicles of Judah Maccabee, hero of the Hanukkah story. But it’s not. Instead it’s from fellow spiritual revolutionaries known to us as the Pilgrims described their venture in the new world, establishing the foundations of the United States in covenant with God.
What’s this have to do with today? Friends, covenant is everything. Recently the Spirit of God spoke to us that this year is more critical to our nation’s future even than the election year 2024. The days ahead have the potential to determine the “Spirit of America” even for generations to come. On this 250th anniversary of America, will we succumb to the overtures of an antichrist spirit and initiate a downward spiral towards subjugation? Or will we embrace the Spirit of the Lord, following His directives, to perpetuate our freedom for generations to come?
That’s the true challenge of this year. This Hanukkah, let me say emphatically that one small candle can again light a thousand. The Spirit of the Lord can again become the spiritual undercurrent and overarching influence of our land, igniting multi-generational awakening and reformation.
And together we can spread the fire.
What testimony do you want to leave your children? I want what our forefathers gained. Jolene and I have dedicated our lives towards this end—for here in Washington DC, and for the nation. Expenses have skyrocketed here. We don’t talk much about this, but many times this year we’ve had to dip into our savings simply to make ends meet.
And by the Spirit, this year is going to be our biggest, most vital year yet. Please help us. We are believing God for a miracle will help us accelerate into 2026 with the strength of provision the Lord desires. Based on a prophetic word, we are asking God for $100,000. Every contribution counts.
Years from now we will look back on 2026 and fully understand the pivot—one way or another. May our witness be the same as Pilgrim governor William Bradford as he looked back on their grand experiment. It’s our great task now to spread the fire.
