DEAR WHITE HOUSE WATCHMEN,
ON THIS DAY 400 YEARS AGO, the Pilgrims signed the Mayflower Compact, committing our land and government to the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian Faith. From this conception a freedom nation was birthed. We now are engaged in an existential struggle to see the dream of God which they lived for, and gave their lives for, perpetuated in our time.

Below is a working text of the Mayflower Compact covenant renewal for our time. Please review and add your Amen. This is preceded by perhaps the most important vision I have ever received—some 24 years ago—a vision of this restored covenant bringing resurrection and awakening to the Bride of Christ and her offspring in our land. Covenant with death annulled!

Hand of God! Vision of Bride’s Awakening
In 1996, while living on Cape Cod, MA, the Lord gave me a vision of the Bride of Christ in America. Though I didn’t realize it at the time, this vision was actually a commission from the Lord that would come to define almost two decades of ministry. It is the most important vision the Lord ever gave me.

At the time I was in early morning prayer with my pastor for revival in Provincetown and Cape Cod. It was in Provincetown harbor that the Pilgrims cut covenant with the Lord on 11-11, 1620. The village is now known as a homosexual community.

Pastor Gamble had received a series of recurring dreams, in which a propped-up casket was before him. In each dream he would prophesy, “Live, live!” to the casket. Yet nothing happened. He dreamed this night after night.

As the pastor shared, the Lord took me into a prophetic experience where I literally saw his vision. How this happened, I have no idea. But I saw God’s hand come to the casket and break it open. He reached in and pulled up a mummy, wrapped in grave-clothes, out of the casket. Then the hand of the Lord began to unwrap the grave clothes. The face of a beautiful woman emerged. When the wraps were taken off below her neck, I was stunned to see a little child nestled against her bosom.

The Lord began to speak to this woman, “Where you have felt like a widow, abandoned by Me and far from My hand of provision—instead I am bringing you into a season of intimacy with Me and abundance from My hand! And indeed, I have saved the best wine for last.”

In 1996, I had no grid for any of the subjects covered in these pages, just a passion for God and breakthrough prayer. But through the past few decades I have come to appreciate the precision of the vision as a spiritual blueprint for the awakening and recovery of His bride.

Remember Jesus’ definition of awakening, found in John 11:11. From death to life! Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep, but I go that I may awaken him from slumber. The above vision is certainly a picture of an awakening!

It was clear to me that the woman in the vision represented His bride in New England and the Nation, betrothed to Jesus Christ from our inception. The baby represented our heritage—the fruit of His precious covenant with our land. Within the vision we see deliverance not only from death, but from the filthy garments of generational sin. Just as with Hosea’s bride, this bride of Christ in America then receives an invitation to covenant intimacy and restored prosperity…. 

I knew even then that this represented a breakthrough from some kind of covenant with death and hell. On November 5, 2019 the Lord showed me a gavel falling from the walls of the US Capitol, declaring that the covenant with death and hell has been annulled by verdict from Heaven’s Court. I prophesied then that a window of LIFE would open by the 2020 elections. This has happened. We must now contend for its securing. 

With this at heart, below is a working draft of a revised Mayflower Compact, conveying God’s covenant reset for this hour. 

MAYFLOWER COMPACT—
RENEWAL OF AMERICA’S COVENANT WITH GOD
NOVEMBER 11, 2020

In the name of God, Amen. We whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our Sovereign Jesus Christ, by the grace of the God of Israel, Great Britain, etc. Having undertaken for the Glory of God and advancement of the Christian Faith and Honor of our King and Kingdom, a sacred endeavor to reset the United States of America’s covenant with our Creator, culminating on this 400th anniversary of the signing of the Mayflower Compact; do by these presents solemnly and mutually, in the presence of God and one of another, hereby request and receive the very hand of God in the reconstitution of this covenant of marriage between Jesus Christ and our land. 

We acknowledge with solemn gratitude that You have granted our request for an annulment of all covenants with other gods, with death and hell, empowered by unjust bloodshed, which we and our forefathers had made and succumbed to, resulting in our present condition. We seek you now to establish us in Your covenant of Life. And with all solemnity and deference to Your Majesty, we request that Your Glory, the Presence and Power of Holy Spirit, might now return and reside again in this land, releasing awakening, union, moral clarity and Life.

In a larger sense, we realize that our pleas alone can not dedicate—can not consecrate—can not hallow—this ground. The brave men and women, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. And as one small candle can light a thousand, so the light here kindled has been passed unto all successive generations first because You keep covenant, and show great mercy. 

With this at heart, for consideration in this Petition, we present to You the Covenantal legacy of the Pilgrims, who on 11-11, 1620 committed the land and government to “the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith,” according to the Mayflower Compact. 

And we present to You the Covenantal legacy of the Huguenots who came to this land with the same intention—whose blood was spilled and mission aborted—whose founder died chanting Psalm 132, begging Your Majesty that this land would be a “dwelling place for the Mighty God of Jacob.”

And we present to You the covenant of the Virginia Company, whose chaplain declared the dedication of this land for the acceleration of Christ’s gospel to the world, even sealing it with a planted cross;

And we present to You the covenant of William Penn, whose devotion to the principles of Christ in governance revolutionized the nation and world;

And we present to You the original intent of many Host people of the Land—who agreed from the beginning that both ownership and stewardship belongs to their Creator and Father. Who sought with reverence to honor the Laws of Nature, and Nature’s God. To whom You endowed great wisdom, even to convey and implement principles of democratic governance that framed the United States Constitution.

And finally, we present to You the legacy of the Seed of Abraham, by which Your Covenant with Israel and Mankind has been perpetuated. Our gratitude is immeasurable that You have chosen to graft us into this Covenant! To this end, we fully commit our covenantal stewardship to resource the dream of Your heart for Israel, the Jewish people, and for the nations. 

Having undertaken the sacred task of repairing our Nation’s founding covenants with our Creator; and having diligently and wholeheartedly sought forgiveness for breaches of said covenants, offensive to God and detrimental to mankind; we now solemnly and mutually, in the Presence of God and one another, combine these founding covenants as one Sacred Consecration of this land, the United States of America and all of its territories, to the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is for us the living, now, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which all who struggled for America’s alignment with Your covenant have thus far so nobly advanced—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

And as You have engraved us in the palm of Your hand; as You have granted us this gracious judgement in favor of the saints, this Verdict of Your redemption; so we again request and receive the Hand of God in marriage, unto whom we promise all affection, loyalty and sacred obedience.

In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names in Plymouth, Massachusetts this 11th day of November, 2020.
