A RE-TURNING POINT
America mourned firebrand Christian activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated at a Utah college. On Sunday night the Kennedy Center hosted a poignant memorial service, honoring the 31 year old catalyst who pushed President Trump across the threshold to election victory and yet considered his most important quest in life simply to know Jesus.  

It’s hard to fathom the true magnitude of Charlie Kirk’s impact on this generation, especially in disengaging so many from the demonic theology of woke-ism through clarity and truth. At the same time, it’s hard to fathom the hate-filled rhetoric, especially from the left, which has been flooding social media recently. Multitudes more conservatives are being threatened for their stands—especially when they speak up for biblical values. 

Meanwhile the killer has been caught. Apparently his hatred of Charlie Kirk grew out of a college relationship he was having with a transgender man. The shooter is now in custody, and is apparently not cooperating with authorities. 

As we mentioned Sunday, our turning point as a nation is actually a “re-turning point.” God is calling His people to return to Him, return to His covenant with us, and return to the biblical values that once made America great. That was Charlie Kirk’s heartbeat. And biblically with the fall feasts, we are entering the season where this dimension of God’s calling is at its very highest. 

911 PROPHETIC WARNINGS CONTINUE
Was Charlie Kirk’s tragic death on September 10 the “911 warning” we were perceiving from the Lord? Yes and no. I believe it was part of it. But not all of it. Threats from within and without are heightened. Here’s how the Lord alerted us we need to continue to pray. 

When we left for a ministry trip this morning, Google Maps showed our length of travel. Exactly 9 hours and 11 minutes. We then were delayed at a roadside stop—at Buc-ee’s of course. Our new arrival time was flashed to us. Exactly 9:11pm. 

We didn’t try to alter our ETA, yet arrived late by exactly four minutes, after being fully engulfed in a prayer meeting for the remaining two hours of the drive. Suddenly I sensed the Lord saying “The 911 threat is delayed but it is still coming. Continue to pray that it be stopped!”
