DEAR JURISTS FOR TURNAROUND,
Thank you for covering the International Religious Freedom Summit next week. I want to submit to you a key prayer strategy from the Lord to carry out today, covering both the summit and a broader focus highlighted for governmental turnaround affecting Israel, America and the nations.
Most of you know that on April 22, 2108, I had an unexpected encounter with the Lord at the Western Wall in Israel. He granted me a vision of His gavel falling. Turnaround was decreed.
On May 22 we started this prayer project. On July 4, we celebrated the 7th anniversary of our Nation’s reconstitution of covenant with Jesus Christ, divorced from idolatry—in the 70 anniversary of Israel’s rebirth. At this very time, the Supreme Court shifted towards LIFE as God overcomes the deficit of justice in our land!
And today, 7-22, three months later to the day, I feel we are to stand before Heaven’s Court to see this Daniel 7:22 vision manifested. Judgement in favor of the saints. A FREEDOM MOVEMENT RELEASED.

7-22: Turning Tisha b’Av!
Most of you know how the Lord highlighted Daniel 7:22 as His “turnaround verdict” for this time. God is rendering His verdict of justice in favor of the saints, restraining the enemy and releasing the saints to possess the Kingdom!
I kept watching, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them, until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom (Daniel 7:21-22).
For months now the Lord has directed us to focus on Washington DC for 7-22 as a gateway to the next phase of His governmental turnaround. Therefore it was amazing to discover this Sunday, 7-22, is actually the Jewish day of mourning known as Tisha b’Av or the ninth of Av. The solemn date marks the destruction of both the first Temple and the Second Temple, as well as extraordinary persecutions of the Jewish people through the ages.
As we shared Friday, it all began with a failure of intelligence. We must reverse this. First and foremost by believing the report of the Lord over the intimidation of the enemy.
Zechariah 8:19 promises that the “fast of the… fifth month” will be turned from mourning to joyful feasting because of the goodness of God. We are now seeking the demarcation of this turnaround—nationally and globally.
Amazingly, our friends Rick and Patricia Ridings from Jerusalem have perceived the very same thing, even calling for a three-day global “turnaround fast” culminating on 7-22. Agree with them as they pray for Esther’s full recovery from cancer, for a healing movement to be released, as well as governmental turnarounds for Israel and America.
I believe this Sunday, 7-22, in the 70th anniversary of Israel’s rebirth, is meant to become a global demarcation in history for God’s “Turnaround Verdict.” The Council of God is accessible for you. His verdict of life, freedom and harvest will accelerate on earth as in Heaven. The Spirit of adoption will be released. Tyranny will fall.
In short, judgement is being rendered in favor of the saints, restraining the enemy and releasing the saints to possess the Kingdom!
How do you receive God’s turnaround? First by receiving your verdict granted by Heaven’s Court. Secondarily by stepping out in faith to possess your covenant promise.
Please join us TODAY in standing before Heaven’s Court to receive His verdict of covenant justice. Please present the revised version of the Divorce Decree from Baal at the end of this email. Be sure to pray anything else you sense from the Lord as well. Below is the story again for your review.
REVISED DECREE—ENCOUNTER AT WESTERN WALL
During Israel’s 70th anniversary celebration, I had an encounter with the Lord at the Western Wall. This revelatory experience was in context with a significant revision to the Divorce Decree from Baal, which we are honored to present to you today.
In many ways, this is a title deed to your future. With Jerusalem being honored over the 70th anniversary celebrations, a stake was being put in the ground which is shaking the entire earth. As of 7-22, I believe we are entering into a season of even greater breakthrough towards this end.
Divorce Decree—Why a Revision was Necessary
A few weeks before leaving for Israel, I had a revelatory “flash” from the Lord regarding the Divorce Decree from Baal. I saw how vital this decree is in defining this new season. But I also saw a few areas where the language of the Decree could be improved to more accurately reflect Heaven’s heart and verdict. Apostle John and Yolanda concurred, and today we want to present the revised version to you.
The portion I’m referring to is the third point of the decree, which addresses the offspring of the marriage. “That all offspring of the marriage have been still born or have had viability for only brief periods and were either destroyed by the Defendant (Baal) or were so infected by sickness attributed to the Defendant’s condition that no life remained in them.”
The first two chapters of the book of Hosea really opened my eyes to the need for improvement. Hosea portrays in marital terms the compromise in covenant between God and His people. The bride is divorced from God—covenant annulled! Further, her children disowned by Him. All offspring are declared “no longer My people!”
But then in an astonishing way He restores her to Himself. In a very real way, the divorcement from Baal becomes the pivot point for her turnaround. He restores covenant. We are seeing this today for our covenant nation.
To the Offspring—“You Are My People!”
What I didn’t notice before is how the Lord not only restores His bride, but He also actually claims all of her offspring for Himself! Remember He declares to the land, “Married to Him,” and to the offspring, “You are My people!”
This is great news for all who have been compromised by present or generational ties to Baal. Our friends and families, our co-workers, the visitors to lodges and mosques, the Christians who bowed their knees to Baal to receive promises of wealth or power only to discover the true price they would have to pay.
That’s the harvest Jesus died to redeem! Really we all have been offspring of this marriage in some way. Faced with the scrutiny of Heaven’s Court, I can even assure you that there are still places in each of our lives where the righteous Judge has determined we are still yielding to Baal influence.
Blind spots. Generational cycles. Anger. Lies or deceit. Small compromises in word, deed or even in thought which are contrary to the heart of God and the Word of God.
Could these compromises legally put us in the category of being considered “offspring” of this marriage? Most likely. No matter what we certainly want to close any legal doors of access.
I’m grateful for Yolanda McCune for helping me process this revelation, and seek the Lord for language that encompasses God’s heart as a revision to the Divorce Decree. Most of you know how highly I regard the Divorce Decree and its role in shifting our nation. I therefore took her advice very seriously, and prayed into it for a couple of weeks.
Encounter at the Western Wall on Israel’s 70th
It was on Israel’s 70th anniversary that the Lord granted the release to write the decree. The perception of the language began to form on the flight over. I felt Holy Spirit compelling me to record that, as part of the verdict’s revision, all offspring of this marriage were to be immediately entrusted into the custody of Heaven’s Court.
On Saturday, April 21, I visited the Western Wall and received clear direction from the Lord for this incredible assignment. First I was to return the next day and present this revised Decree at the Western Wall. Second I was to pray this Divorce Decree for the complete remission of the empowerment of freemasonry through Harry Truman at the rebirth of Israel 70 years before.
Note that the Western Wall/ Temple Mount/ City of David is the only geographic spot on earth specifically claimed by the Lord in the Bible as His Throne. But the former site of Solomon’s Temple is also claimed by Masons, who claim Solomon in his idolatry as the founder of their fraternal order.
That said, it’s a key piece of real estate. Ever since we started coming to Israel I have petitioned the Lord to pray governmentally through the Divorce Decree at the Western Wall, with no release in my spirit. Until Israel’s 70th.
Remitting Masonry on Israel’s 70th
In 1948 Harry Truman took a bold and controversial stand on Israel’s behalf after her independence was announced. Truman was a very good man. By standing with Israel from the beginning he helped to protect, preserve and perpetuate God’s dream for Israel.
But as President, he unfortunately also helped to empower masonry in God’s covenant land. Did he understand the full ramifications? I sincerely doubt it.
That said, I sensed the Lord confirming to me that an occult tie had formed through this action. He was willing to remove it. The divorcement from Baal related to Israel’s rebirth, covering Israel and America and the relationship between our two nations, would be fully granted on April 22 on the 70th anniversary.
And it would be done with the revisions mandated by Heaven’s Court on behalf of a people He desired to actually claim as His own.
Vision—The Gavel, the Papers and the Covering
On April 22 at the Western Wall, I was honored to present the Divorce Decree before Heaven’s Court. The Lord’s response was immediate, and came through a vision. I saw the gavel come down, granting the revision and all requests set forth in the document. This is really good news.
I also saw stacks and stacks of paper in the Court, which I knew represented every time the Divorce Decree had been presented. It looked to me like an ocean of paper. I saw the revision entered into the original decree and then into each of the decrees stacked in Heaven’s Court.
I also saw the gavel penetrating through layers of the Temple Mount into the caverns below.
As the vision continued I saw a beautiful white covering, like a sheet, connecting Jerusalem and Washington DC. There was a very dark thread sown into the sheet. I saw the Lord completely extract this dark thread, and felt it represented God’s verdict regarding the occult ties which connected our lands.
After 70 Years of Captivity, Freedom is at Hand
The vision then ended, but revelation from the Lord continued to flow. I saw how Daniel read the scrolls of Jeremiah and perceived that after 70 years of captivity the Lord would bring an exodus into freedom. This “70 years” was applied directly to the 70 year anniversary of Israel as a nation, and the shift into freedom even from the cords of idolatry. A freedom movement!
A prophetic word the Lord originally spoke to me at the White House then literally resounded within my spirit. “The circle of My covenant trumps, prevails against, and triumphs over the circle of Baal meant to confine you!”
I believe that after 70 years, Israel and America together are entering into a new level of freedom ordained by Christ. The Lord also clearly spoke to me that we must no longer tolerate the boundaries the enemy established to confine us and even define us. We are entering into freedom and the fulfillment of our destinies in Christ! He alone is worthy to define our boundaries and position us for our future.
And He’s bringing a Daniel 7:22 turnaround. Judgement in favor of the saints. The prayer time finished, with no manipulation, at exactly 2:22 pm Jerusalem time. Which is 7:22 am Washington DC time.
Can’t make this stuff up.
And as we pray together this July 22 utilizing this revised Decree of Divorce, I believe we are contributing towards a global turnaround of a magnitude we can barely comprehend.

REVISED DIVORCE DECREE FROM BAAL
HIGHEST COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD
IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF:
THE PEOPLE OF GOD versus THE PRINCIPALITY OF BAAL
Plaintiff, Defendant (Incl. Baal, Queen of Heaven, Leviathan)
DECREE OF DIVORCE*
This matter comes on for hearing before the Supreme Judge of the Highest Court of the Kingdom of God on the petition of The People of God seeking a Decree of Divorce from the Principality of Baal, the Defendant in this matter (ref: Hosea 2).
The Court finds:
- The Plaintiff’s sins are forgiven. The Court recognizes the Plaintiff’s request that this verdict be rendered in favor of the people of God based upon the Court’s everlasting precedent granting the remission of all sins through Jesus Christ. The Court recognizes the Plaintiff as an ambassador of Christ, appointed as a steward of His gift of righteousness and ministry of reconciliation, restoring the world to favor with God
(ref: John 20:23, II Cor. 5:18-20, etc).
2. The Plaintiff’s assertions are fully substantiated:
a. That this marriage was entered into by the Plaintiff based on lies and deceit by the Defendant, and
b. That Plaintiff relied on fraudulent inducements and enticements by the Defendant, which Defendant had neither the intention or ability to deliver.
3. The Plaintiff renounces any and all right, claim or interest in any possession jointly acquired with the Defendant during this Marriage, and that Plaintiff is entitled to have sole right, claim, and interest, in and to all the gifts, possessions and inheritance from Plaintiff’s Father, and the Defendant is to be (now) and forever barred from the title, control, or use of any such gifts, possessions or inheritance.
4. The Plaintiff repudiates any and all joint claims with the Defendant, and requests this court to sever all relationships with the Defendant of any nature, however and whenever such occurred, and seeks enforcement by this Court of Plaintiff’s desire to be known by no other name than that given by Plaintiff’s Father.
5. All offspring of this marriage are hereby released into the sole jurisdiction of this Court, effective immediately. The Defendant’s request for either sole or joint custody is denied. As per the Plaintiff’s request, all claims by the Defendant to their lives and bloodlines are rescinded.
6. The Plaintiff also seeks an everlasting restraining order against the Defendant so as to keep the Defendant away from all persons or property belonging to the Plaintiff.
7. The Plaintiff seeks perpetual enforcement of this requested judgement in favor of the saints, restraining the enemy and releasing the saints to possess the Kingdom (Dan. 7:22).
THE JUDGEMENT
WHEREFORE, this Court being fully advised in the evidence does find for the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in all matters material to the Plaintiff’s Petition of Divorce, and does by this decree grant the Plaintiff a Divorce and all requests set forth above. That being the Order of this Court, from and after this date, so shall it be.
