DEAR JUSTICE WATCHMEN,
A secret society at the FBI plans to take down President Trump. Russia collusion is alleged. Deleted texts join deleted emails, bleached computers, and even the stalled FBI investigation of a blood-stained DC sidewalk where a political operative was taken down. Russia collusion is proven true—only the blood seems to actually be on the hands of the investigators, not the accused.
Suddenly the Deep State is proven real.
News from Washington DC these days has all the hallmarks of a bad thriller novel. You just can’t make this stuff up. And it’s coming from so many directions it’s hard to sort out. Below is a prophetic perspective to help you gain clarity. And at the core it will resound God’s call to continue in the breakthrough intercession in which we have been engaged. This midnight cry must continue to catalyze a justice turnaround.
Secret Memo
Take, for instance, the existence of a secret memo proving that the previous administration—dare I say the Obama administration—was forcing our intelligence communities to engage in covert operations to manipulate political outcomes.
In America. That’s the stuff of dictatorships, not a freedom nation.
Not that the substance of this memo is hard to believe. Remember this same administration co-opted the IRS to target conservatives and Christian groups. Even Billy Graham. Then there was the horrifically false Benghazi narrative, concocted during the final leg of the 2012 presidential elections. Some American right winger made fun of Islam and started riots in Egypt and Syria. Our intel and diplomatic worlds initially backed this absolute fabrication, which was intended to direct the American people away from the truth and towards a political outcome.
Then there was the clear and consistent illegal breaches of US security by Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Allegedly covered up, covered over—and even validated—by the DOJ and FBI.
And the list goes on.
Two Bullets
Man with loaded gun arrested outside White House. That was the headline this Monday morning, January 23. Early in the morning Secret Service agents moved in on a suspicious vehicle near the White House, and found a man with a loaded gun. Local station WJLA carried the article.
It’s interesting how the Lord mandated that we keep watch January 1-22 with the specific assignment to pray against attempts to take the life of President Trump. Clearly your prayers are continuing to be answered.
But in a broad way, two bullets against the President had already been fired—and at least partially deflected.
It’s not a coincidence that the government shutdown began on the year anniversary of Trump’s inauguration. Senator Charles Schumer seemed to relish his role leading the charge. Keep in mind this shutdown occurred at midnight, after President Trump addressed the 600,000-strong March for Life earlier in the day.
Amazingly, the drama which began with a midnight crisis culminated on 1-22, just as our prayer project was ending. And it became a wonderful, breakthrough day from Washington to Jerusalem. Turnaround.
We found out later that 1-22 actually marked Donald and Melania Trump’s 13th anniversary. Unfortunately the bullet of a character assassination plot had also been fired right around this time, with allegations of hush money and a porn star named Stormy. Who knows the collateral damage from this, but we need to continue praying for the hearts and relationship of the President and First Lady to be fully healed.
Some are accusing evangelicals of hypocrisy for seemingly letting President Trump off the hook. For instance, FRC director Tony Perkins said yesterday that Trump “gets a mulligan”—in other words, a second chance—regarding the allegations. I look at things differently.
If the allegations are true, Spirit-empowered repentance will bring Spirit-empowered healing. Jesus cut to the chase when He admonished, “Go and sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”
But to me the timing of the allegations, near the anniversary of both his inauguration and marriage, seems very purposeful, intended to traumatize President Trump, discredit him, and wound those he loves the most. On the eve of both the anniversary of his inauguration and his wedding.
And this itself is provoking God to justice.
Or do you actually believe the intentionality of the true accusers has been somehow overlooked?
Always remember this. The Judge of the Universe is also the Watchman of our souls. Nothing is missed. His justice is always redemptive, and His redemption is always just.
The Justice Turnaround
Here’s what happened the last time such news was strategically released to sabotage President Trump. Remember the leak of the “locker room talk” just before the 2016 election? This strategically-timed interjection was clearly meant to take down his campaign. And it almost did.
But less than a year later, the nation bore witness to a genuine justice turnaround where many of his very accusers were exposed in even worse behavior. Harvey Weinstein, gatekeeper of Hollywood and one of Hillary Clinton’s strongest supporters. Millions of dollars channeled towards the Democrats while all who embraced traditional values were effectively marginalized.
Turns out there were a few rips in his well-worn casting couch. The accuser soon became the accused. This justice turnaround sent tremors across the nation.
God continues to unleash redemptive exposure in this hour. Watch for a justice turnaround of a similar magnitude as the truth regarding Hillary Clinton and the obstruction of justice continues. The tremors continue, even as a river of redemptive justice is now beginning to sweep the nation. “Let justice roll like a river, and righteousness like an overflowing stream,” thundered the prophet Amos. “He will come like a rushing stream, driven by the breath of God” thundered Isaiah.
Prophetic Dream—A Justice River and Stranded Sharks
Last week the Lord gave me a dream which pictured this “justice river.” I saw a vast river of what looked like floodwaters flowing unhindered from west to east. We were all swept up in its current.
I tried to swim sideways and ended up being thrust over an embankment. Sharks were everywhere, stranded in a swampy morass of sand. As I regained my footing I saw at least six sharks were all embedded vertically in the sand, completely stuck. Only their eyes and mouths were showing. They were clearly struggling for life.
I realized prophetically the waters of the “deep state” were no longer covering the actions of these sharks.
In the dream I began making my way back to the river, being careful not get stuck in the quicksand as the sharks had. Then the dream ended.
A few days later I shared the dream on a conference call with friends from Alaska. I shared how I felt the Lord was breathing His breath and releasing the stream of His move of God from west to east. I shared prophetically that Alaska was key to this. Interestingly two days later, a major earthquake off the coast of Alaska actually set off tsunami warnings. To me it was just a token that the tremors of Heaven are impacting the earth—and new currents of God’s justice movement are now being empowered.
Isaiah 28 conveys a justice turnaround marked by the sweeping move of His river. It’s now on its way.
“Therefore, hear the word of the Lord, O scoffers, who rule this people who are in Jerusalem. Because you have said, “We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol we have made a pact.The overwhelming scourge will not reach us when it passes by, for we have made falsehood our refuge and we have concealed ourselves with deception.”
Therefore thus says the Lord God,“Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, a costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. He who believes in it will not be disturbed.
“I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the level; then hail will sweep away the refuge of lies AND THE WATERS WILL OVERFLOW THE SECRET PLACE.
“Your covenant with death will be canceled, and your pact with Sheol will not stand; when the overwhelming scourge passes through, then you become its trampling place” (Isaiah 28:14-18).
