THE HOLY DAY OF PURIM bears witness to God’s enduring power to preserve His covenant people. As in the days of Esther, many peoples and even nations now face an existential threat due to the rise of modern-day Hamans on a global scale. Ukraine is already being plundered by an inexcusable war. As the Haman spirit arises, it is clear that many other nations, including Taiwan, Israel, America and others, are being targeted as well. The potential for widespread destruction cannot be emphasized enough. The prospect of a Third World War is even at hand.
Further, this spirit is also seeking access to many spheres on a more localized level, with the ultimate intent of sabotaging the blessings and freedoms entrusted to you by the Lord.
Purim teaches us that a turnaround can be gained. Therefore as a united voice of national and global apostolic networks, prophetic alliances and prayer movements, we ask that you designate Wednesday, 3-16-22, the beginning of Purim, as a day to humble yourselves in united prayer and fasting to see this Haman spirit exposed, repudiated and restrained. Together we can shut the gates of sabotage. Together we can see God’s pathway to victory secured!
We further ask that you extend your season of prayer, as directed by the Lord, throughout this perilous season.
- Engage in worship, prayer, and repentance for defiance of God within our lives, within church, culture and government. 2 Chron. 7:14, Joel 2, Esther 4, 7.
- Renounce all forms of idolatry and restore God’s covenant over your spheres. Then invoke His covenantal protection! Psalm 91, 2 Kings 17:38-39.
- Receive daily communion.
- Partner with God in securing an open heaven, with the devourer restrained, through a renewed dedication to the divine exchange of tithes and offerings (Malachi 3:8-12). Make 2022 a Year of the Tithe!

Purim Decrees—for Prayer Networks
Purim decrees for 3-16-22 are laser-focused on three strategic goals. At a root level these goals are twined together.
First, partner with God to secure His protection, preparation and preservation over your state as we move towards potential war. What would make your state a target for aggression by rogue nations? What military bases are in your state? How are you praying for them? As the Lord of hosts, how is God desiring to move?
As part of this, pray specifically for the exposure and prevention of any “Pearl Harbor style” surprise attacks. Be sure to pray over the power grid as well.
Second, work towards seeing the principality Baal, specifically Baal Zephon, bound. Cindy Jacobs noted that the principality Baal is widely identified as the “god of war.” Let the Lord make clear to you important sites to deal with the Baal principality through repudiation etc. Lets shut the gates of sabotage!
Third, identify and declare the reversal of specific Haman declarations over your state. What antichrist declarations have been made or empowered in your state that are affecting your spheres right now? Your nation? What claims have been made on the land? What occult portals have been accessed to empower these declarations? Pray and declare the covenant with death and hell annulled! (Isaiah 28).
For instance, it was in Columbia MO that President Barack Obama declared he was going to fundamentally transform the United States as we know it. From empowering abortion to gender fluidity to the Iran nuclear accords, many of the transformations initiated by his administration were actually in open defiance of God, even positioning America for judgment. Many of these policies have of course been recycled in the Biden Administration. Maybe it’s not a coincidence that Columbia hosts the Grand Lodge of Missouri, where America’s 33rd president Harry Truman served as Grand Master. We are praying for a divine reversal from the root structure that helped empower the decree!
