TURN THE STORM—COMPLETE THE TURNAROUND!
“Fate whispers to the warrior, you cannot withstand the storm. The warrior whispers back, I AM THE STORM.”
This ancient maxim will center us all as we approach the tempests of this season. Word of the Lord for 2023—significant storms are ahead on a national and global level, first and foremost including the specter of world war. But in the midst the Lord Himself is arising as a warrior. He is shifting us from a covenant with death empowering a culture of death to a covenant of life empowering a culture of life. The harvest the enemy wants to decimate will instead be redeemed. Sons and daughters are coming home to Jesus.
And the Lord of hosts, along with His covenant people, are going to turn the storm and see many turnarounds that were initiated in a former season come to completion.
Complete the Turnaround—Daniel 7:22
In fact, the release of God’s turnarounds, fueled by His Daniel 7:22 “turnaround decrees,” is not just wishful thinking but instead a new move of the Spirit that will come to define this new season. Biblically, Zechariah 4 is a great witness of this. It became time for the turnaround initiated in a former generation—the rebuilding of the Temple—to be completed in Zechariah’s generation. An angel that was speaking to Zechariah in a former generation “returned and roused him as a man awakened from his slumber.” The sign of the burning lampstand became an extraordinary witness that the time was at hand.
For almost a decade Jolene and I have been drawn into a primary prophetic focus on Daniel 7:22 as God’s turnaround verdict for this era.
“I kept watching, UNTIL the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom” (Daniel 7:22).
Together we have seen extraordinary turnarounds both within our own family and within the US government. In a moment I will share how the Lord encountered me in a prophetic experience to convey that the time of this Daniel 7:22 turnaround is again at hand.
Daniel 7:22—Bobby Connor’s Visitation
But before I do, let me share a tremendous confirmation that occurred in early November 2022. I was honored to be a guest on Sid Roth’s “It’s Supernatural” broadcast. Renown prophet Bobby Conner was also a guest. In between interviews at Sid Roth’s studio, we got to talking, and what Bobby shared STUNNED me.
For background, God visits Bobby Conner every year on Yom Kippur with a word for the coming year. That in itself is extraordinary. In October 2022 the Lord showed Himself to Bobby as the Ancient of Days, presiding over Heaven’s Court. And He showed Bobby that THE GAVEL OF THE ANCIENT OF DAYS was coming down with judgment in favor of the saints—according to Daniel 7:22!
Yep. You got it. What we call the Turnaround Verdict.
What are the chances that Bobby Conner would be at Sid Roth’s to share a word on Daniel 7:22 at the same time that I was invited to share on our book Turnaround Decrees, which of course is centered on Daniel 7:22!
And Turnaround Decrees prophesies a move of God characterized by new season of God’s turnarounds in the lives of believers and in this nation. In fact we were commissioned by the Lord to write Turnaround Decrees to bear witness to the Daniel 7:22 turnarounds the Lord is granting us access to receive at this time.
What’s this mean for you? For our nation? I’ll just say that it really captures my attention when two prophets from different streams receive the same scripture foretelling the same mandate for the same year—and they both show up on Sid Roth’s doorstep to make the word known to the body of Christ.
July 4 Vision—Turnaround Decrees
With this at heart, let me share with you the visionary experience that brought me into the awareness of the coming turnarounds that will help define this new season.
On July 4, 2021, at our home in Washington DC, I was awakened to a vision of the Declaration of Independence. But the scroll had no words on it! By the Spirit of God I immediately knew two major things. First, the Lord is releasing revolutionary turnarounds, and turnaround decrees, in this season that will define, protect and advance freedom in this season in a similar way to the impact of the Declaration of Independence during the birth of our nation. These scrolls are accessible to catalyze turnarounds for individuals, for families, for spheres of authority, and for the nation. It’s time to see, perceive and write the decree! (Esther 8:8).
As we wrote in the book Turnaround Decrees, some of these scrolls will even have a similar impact to the Declaration of Independence in our time. And here’s a word of the Lord for our nation—we are now experiencing the birth pangs of a NEW BIRTH OF FREEDOM.
This is good news. However a commensurate warning was also given through this experience. Forces of darkness tied to Babylon are seeking to erase the scrolls of America’s founding documents—and thereby eradicate the freedom and balance of power entrusted to “we the people.” This effort mirrors the work of Nazi propagandists who became purposefully embedded in German government, finance and culture prior to WWII—specifically to take these spheres over. In a similar way, the indoctrination of America into a veiled totalitarianism tied to Babylon, in other words a global governmental structure sourced in idolatry, is their primary goal.
We cannot yield these scrolls to to darkness. Instead lets take our stand for God’s turnaround! Because one scroll or the other will prevail.
Let me close this section with an encouraging word. Remember the Lord spoke about “turnaround decrees” that will even have a similar impact to the Declaration of Independence. Our new book by this title was published by Destiny Image on June 21, 2023. And only three days later, on June 24, 2021, the Supreme Court released one of the most extraordinary “turnaround decrees” in modern American history. Justice Alito penned the verdict overthrowing Roe v Wade and thereby rescinding nationally legalized abortion.
Covenant with death annulled. We are shifting into a new season of LIFE. We will be going through some storms, of course. In August 2023 the Lord spoke to us the following:
“Storms are coming that you cannot avert. However you CAN TURN THE STORMS, so that the storms will blow America in the right direction.”
Storms are coming—perhaps even the storm of a global war. Let me emphasize things may not be easy. But in the midst of the challenges there is good news. We together can TURN THE STORMS. God’s turnarounds are pre-ordained for YOU in this new season of breakthrough. God’s gavel is falling!
