DEAR TURNAROUND CATALYSTS,
FIRST—THANK YOU ALL FOR PARTICIPATING in the Inauguration Project through Purim. Time to secure your seats! On a personal level it was very impactful. I promise to share more on Wednesday’s posting. Today we are releasing the Purim Decree, which we shared Sunday evening on an HAPN 50 state zoom call.
PURIM MARKS A TURNAROUND SEASON. Pray right now for your sons and daughters, by name! Decree their turnaround. Ask God for protection from the Hamans in their lives. And between now and Passover/Resurrection Day, pray daily for a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ, that they may know the hope of His calling (Eph. 1). Pray for them to receive a renewed focus and release to pursue their full destiny in Christ!
PURIM PERIL—PROPHETIC WARNINGS PROVE TRUE
Last Tuesday during our Turnaround Tuesday broadcast, Holy Spirit spontaneously directed us to pray against terror attacks over Purim. Not only for Israel and America but also Europe. On Friday March 22, just a day before Purim, ISIS gunmen viciously attacked a concert hall on the western edge of Moscow, leaving 137 dead and more than a hundred wounded. Russian President Vladimir Putin has finally admitted that radicalized jihadists, not Ukraine, were behind the attack.
In response to the attack, France has raised their terror alerts to the highest levels. Other European nations nations have raised their security alerts as well. Please keep praying.
Meanwhile the Biden Administration fired an unprecedented warning against Israel Monday, with the United States refusing to veto a UN Security Council resolution demanding a Gaza ceasefire—even if Hamas refuses to turn over remaining hostages.
Uh-oh.
Israel responded by canceling this week’s high-stakes White House meetings to discuss Rafah.
From the White House today, Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant warned, “There is no moral basis for stopping the war until we return home all of the hostages. If we do not achieve a decisive and absolute victory in Gaza, a bigger war in the North will come closer.”
Gallant was in DC already both for planned diplomatic meetings on Rafah as well as meetings at the Pentagon with Defense Secretary Loyd Austin.

PURIM DECREE 2024
On a positive front, below is our Purim Decree for 2024. It was presented last night on a special HAPN 50 state “rear guard” zoom call.
PURIM MARKS THE INITIATION OF A DANIEL 7:22 TURNAROUND SEASON. In fact Esther was the first leader to really experience this verdict, seen by Daniel one generation before. We are grateful for Ed and Lynn Alderson, Apostle John, and HAPN for having the foresight to connect all 50 states and Washington DC THIS PURIM, to see His turnaround extended today as His rear guard is established. From Washington DC, I can say this is JUST IN TIME. LORD WE RECEIVE YOUR TURNAROUND VERDICT!
PURIM ALSO MARKS A VITAL TIME TO TAKE YOUR SEAT. Our Lamplighter community is completing a 21 day project tonight that began on March 4, the date historically when presidents were inaugurated. The reason they were inaugurated on this date is that on March 4, 1789 Congress was actually seated for the first time, and the US Constitution was governmentally activated.
THE LORD SPOKE TO ME THAT DURING THESE 21 DAYS HE IS SEATING HIS NEW GOVERNMENT. He seating each of you with Him in a new way, similar to how He seated Elijah, how He seated Eliakim, how He seated Esther over their spheres in a time of dire crisis. Seated with Christ in heavenly places!
SO FIRST, WE COMMISSION THE SEATING OF YOUR EKKLESIA THIS PURIM 2024 before Your Throne. We governmentally release your promotions into a new dimension of intimacy with Jesus and covenantal authority to shift our nation from Baal to Jesus. And WE RECEIVE OUR SEATS!
SECOND, WE RECEIVE NEW SCROLLS OF REVELATION AND STRATEGY. Even in the natural, the highest seats of authority come with the highest levels of top secret information. Lord we declare that with this new seating You are unsealing FRESH SCROLLS OF REVELATION, direction and strategy to your covenant people personally, over our states and spheres, over our nation, and over Washington DC.
THIRD, FROM OUR SEATS, REPRESENTING ALL 50 STATES AND ALL SEVEN MOUNTAINS, WE GOVERNMENTALLY WELCOME THE KING OF GLORY, AND THE TANGIBLE GLORY OF THE LORD INTO WASHINGTON DC. Manifest Your restraining order against Baal and all the forces of Baal. Let Your glory be the REAR GUARD of Your covenant people especially, Protecting House Speaker Mike Johnson as well as all other believers in all three branches of government, our military and intelligence communities, our diplomacy, as well as Your Ekklesia.
FOURTH, ESTHER TOOK HER SEAT and Haman was exposed and dethroned. Elijah took his seat and Jezebel was dethroned. WE DECLARE THE GLORY OF THE LORD EXPOSES AND INITIATES THE UNSEATING OF UNRIGHTEOUS LEADERS and the restraining of all demonic forces tied to them.
FIFTH. WHEN ESTHER TOOK HER SEAT, THE SAINTS WERE RELEASED TO POSSESS THE KINGDOM! We declare the Breaker now takes the lead in securing this possession! Title deeds, inheritances, bank accounts, keys, ministries, mothers and fathers and sons and daughters—all must be restored, in Jesus’ precious Name.
And in Jesus’ Name, from Washington DC and across the Nation, WE DECLARE THE ENDURING COVENANTAL ALIGNMENT BETWEEN ISRAEL AND AMERICA. We declare the seating of righteous rulers chosen by God in Israel and America. And we declare, covenantally and governmentally, from Washington to Washington to Jerusalem, THE SAINTS ARE RELEASED TO NOW POSSESS THE KINGDOM.
NO KING BUT JESUS!
