FROM REVOLUTION TO REVOLUTION
The 2026 Spirit of America tour officially started on April 18 at Faneuil Hall Boston, the night of Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride. Revere rode and a freedom nation was born. From the beginning, we have had a sense that as we “rode” on this tour, it would initiate a period of travail leading to America becoming “born again.”
As we celebrate America’s 250th in the season “between the straits,” that same sense is bursting from my heart even more. To a measure America is in the birth canal. We are moving towards what Abraham Lincoln termed a “new birth of freedom.”
Lincoln in his day saw the challenges being faced, and realized that unless our nation received grace from the Lord similar to a born-again experience, we would not make it. And government of the people, by the people and for the people could literally perish from the earth.
Are the stakes so high this time? In so many ways, yes. Likely we don’t fully realize it. The Lord of hosts desires for the trajectory of our nation to turn.
It was Jonathan Edwards who called revival a “divine attack upon society.” Elijah the prophet saw such a revival in his day. So did Gideon. So did saints through the centuries. If they can gain this grace, why can’t we? Let your faith is stirred!
Holy Spirit brought a wild sign to us this July 4 weekend, in the form of Mike and Cindy Jacobs. They were the ones who prophesied in 2023 that when the Spirit of Elijah movement comes to America, it would ignite the next phase of the Jesus Revolution. As we’ve said from the beginning, the Spirit of America tour is just that.
What are the chances we would host Mike and Cindy for the weekend of the 250th in our home, right as we are launching the tour? Glory!
So from the coast where the American Revolution began to the coast where the Jesus Revolution broke forth, please stand with us for the igniting of this next phase of the Jesus Revolution. Awakening, healings, signs and wonders. Turning hearts. Turning the nation. A new revolution. A new birth of freedom.
And in a year where God showed us America will define the Spirit of America for our future, I say let the Spirit of Elijah define it for generations to come.
