DEAR FRIENDS,
I NAMED IT THE LEXINGTON PROJECT. Why? Honestly, I didn’t know what else to call it. I did not even know what the project was, only that the Lord was speaking about a significant project on his heart which has to do with minutemen and the declaration “No king but Jesus.”
What do you do with that?
The date was April 18, 2025—the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere’s Ride. Our team worshiped and prayed together on the Lexington Town Green in Massachusetts, not far from where Revere was detained, and the first shots of the American Revolution were fired. We sang the Battle Hymn of the Republic. And we prophesied Ezekiel 37, calling Heaven’s breath to awaken God’s spiritual revolutionaries. We literally called to life His minutemen!
No King but Jesus
THE Lexington Town Green is also where negotiations had come to a stopping point between the patriots and the British negotiators who sought to keep the 13 colonies under the rule of the monarchy. Final statement on the subject: “Sir, we will have no Sovereign but God, and no King but Jesus!”
No King but Jesus. Boom.
Underneath the Minuteman Statue, I began to introduce the mystery project on a video. Somehow the filming attracted a small group of hecklers. When “No King but Jesus” was declared, they started shouting obscenities etc. Our video was interrupted, and I did not really think any more about it.
Rise of the Minutemen
That is, until nine months later when Lynnie Harlow started prophesying about a Big Ben Minute, to confront and turn the tide in what she called a Big Ben moment for America. If you follow our ministry you know the story by now. A moment of peril during World War II inspired a nationwide prayer movement, praying nightly for a minute at 9pm sharp at the the signal of Big Ben’s chimes. God brought breakthrough that ultimately culminated with the defeat of the Nazi regime.
And the nightly prayer time forged a tremendous groundswell of intercessory firepower towards this end. Amazing what even a minute of prayer can catalyze, especially if a nation engages. Which is great news. Because we have all been sensing that America is in a more challenging hour than our circumstances convey. To the extent that our freedom itself could even be in the balance.
Praying over the movement last week I suddenly realized that, in a weird way at least, God was actually calling forth minutemen for this revolutionary hour of history. The alarm is sounding. The tide can turn once again!
Minutemen. It was honestly a stretch. Doesn’t require a ton of bravery, discipline or wild skill to pray a minute a night. Just love and obedience.
Then our Team Began to Prophesy
Confirmation about the minutemen came immediately from Kelly Fleming, one of the leaders on our prayer team. So I included the imagery of the minutemen when submitting the “America’s Big Ben Moment” post to Dutch Sheets. He released the word and post Monday. Some 56,000 views later we are receiving reports from all over that prayer warriors, prayer teams, churches and even networks are engaging.
The fire is spreading. Just one week after introducing this initiative on our posts, tens of thousands are now taking at least a minute a night to pray. The minutemen are arising!
Then on a private call a few days ago I asked our prayer team to share their perceptions about minutemen. Here are a few replies.
Marlene Doupe perceived the following: “I heard “there is a reserve of Minutemen—a militia, a secret reserve, across the nation. I saw the “Big Ben Moment” tour buses. They were filled with Minutemen going int o various cities, even as a prophetic act. I had a sense it was important to get the word out to those participating to meet at a corporate gathering in the tour cities—a flashpoint.”
Deborah Johnson wrote: “The first attack on Iran was called the Midnight Hammer. I felt in the Spirit the second attack would be a Midnight Sledgehammer.”
Minuteman Missiles—Prophecy by Kathi Pelton
Finally, let me share in in-depth word from seasoned prophet Kathi Pelton. “I saw men and women in the body of Christ (the saints) being worn down by the enemy. They felt as though they were in a deep, dark and narrow place—alone and in almost a fetal position.
Then suddenly they received the revelation of the Big Ben Monment and a the hearing of it they feelt a supernatural empowerment come upon them and they stood straight up.
When they stood up they suddenly became a minuteman missile! That was deep in a silo but a launch key had been turned—opening the silo hatch. The enemy sought to bury them but God turned what the enemy meant to be a spiritual grave into a missile silo!
Their one minute would again and again launch the minutemen missiles that will take out the assignment against the saints, the nation, and even President Trump and his administration.”
Wow. Let me sum this up for you. On the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, a new breed of Minutemen are arising at the sound of the Commander of the hosts. As with the American Revolution, as with the “Big Ben Minute” in World War II, this rapid deployment force is being summoned to turn the tide in a way that preserves our freedom for generations to come.”
Amazing word, Kathi. I realize now that’s the movement the Lord was calling forth on the Lexington Town Green. It is again shaking America, and will soon shake the nations. The only appropriate response… NO KING BUT JESUS…
