WHAT IS GOING ON IN WASHINGTON DC? I’m gonna share some secrets, as it seems to be the ‘Washingtonian’ thing to do right now. So hold on tight, ok? And pay close attention…

Jolene and I are literally flying into a hurricane right now, en route to Dallas for the Head of the Year gathering hosted by Chuck Pierce. Meanwhile, the past few weeks in Washington have felt just like that. Flying into a hurricane. A very colorful one. 

Presidential hopefuls and paid protesters are disrupting the Kavanaugh hearings. Long-time Trump confidants are being strong-armed to turn on the President. Former CIA Director John Brennan is joining Mahmoud Ahmedinejad in supporting Colin Kapernack’s protest of the Star Spangled Banner. 

Warning! Woodward Book on 9-11
And a new book by Bob Woodward is unveiling even more salacious details about the Trump Administration. I’ve been seeing “911” for weeks now. Maybe not a coincidence that the book is coming out on the anniversary of the terrorist strikes which redefined our world. Much of the contents may contain some truth, but don’t be fooled. It is a calculated, targeted, strategically timed attack designed to shift America during our mid-term elections. 

As with the impact of the 911 attacks, none of us should ignore this book. Valuable lessons can be learned to shore up our capacities in the future. But it’s hard to take Bob Woodward seriously given the extraordinary deficits from the Obama-Clinton era—and even outright, in your face corruption—which the veteran reporter clearly knew about, but chose to ignore. 

Selective, partisan journalism is irresponsible journalism in its highest form. So learn and discern—but don’t be fooled. 

Secrets—What’s Really Going On in Washington DC?
SO WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN WASHINGTON DC? Friends, the verdict’s in. Complete with a dramatic confirmation in the sky!And the word of the Lord is that we’re actually moving into breakthrough. With covenantal authority to see the Deep State exposed and restrained, and grace to complete the turnaround He began in 2016. 

We hosted a fiery group of intercessory leaders last night during our home group meeting. Their revelation was amazing. Diane from Kentucky shocked our group. “Have you read Daniel 7:21-22?” She intoned. “The enemy is waging war on the saints and overpowering them. Then the Ancient of Days renders judgement in favor of the saints, and the time comes for the saints to possess the kingdom!” As veteran home group friends caught each others’ eyes, she went on to explain how the Lord had highlighted this passage to her for this season. Really…

Veteran Lamplighters know how the Lord highlighted this passage to us in 2016, and again this past January. I awoke praying Acts 4. “Behold their threatenings, and grant to your servants power…” Arising to pray, I sensed the Lord speaking to me, “I am initiating the next phase of execution of My Daniel 7:22 Turnaround Verdict.” Immediately I saw how this verdict was being meted out over time, very much like the Lord meted out His verdict against Pharaoh in progressive judgements over time. God is empowering us to complete the turnaround!

As I wrote in the posting, I also clearly knew this verdict would deal with the Deep State—as only God in His power and wisdom can do. Amazingly, Chuck Pierce prophesied Sunday that the Deep State was being restrained, and that breakthrough on this would come even this week. 

The Gavel Announced the Breakthrough
I agree, Chuck! In fact, during a private, spontaneous prayer time  last Tuesday at the Trump International, I saw the gavel come down specifically on this. We were honored to join with Mario Bramnick, Lourdes Aguierre, Pascual Urrabazo, and Anne Tate of Glory of Zion to intercede. And we were re-presenting the prayers  of the Lamplighter family and the nation before His Throne, much like what’s going on now as intercessors gather for the Kavanaugh hearings. 

Anne Tate and I had engaged in an amazing prayer journey the day before, which helped to lay the ground work for the breakthrough we were all perceiving. One of the most phenomenal highlights was praying by the Potomac at the “Key of Keys.” The Key of Keys is actually a well, encompassing the remnant of what was once a huge boulder. In fact, the rock structure was once so large that it caught George Washington’s eye as the landmark demarcating his location for the new national Capitol. It became “ground zero” for surveying, with all of DC laid out from the rock. And cornerstones for the city’s first buildings, including the White House etc, were carved out of this rock and laid by Masons. 

We’ve prayed over this rock many times over the years, with “keeper of the keys” Tom Schlueter, Katherine Watsey and others. But this time the Lord seemed to release a whole new phase of breakthrough. All I can say is a principality became restrained by verdict of Heaven’s Court (see Isaiah 28). The doors or gates of government realigned with the true Cornerstone Jesus Christ for LIFE. And a Jezebel structure holding Washington DC in paralysis was shifted from these gates. 

And the very next day, the gavel came down. 

Then Came a Rainbow!
It was a laborious week in prayer, and honestly not without some pushback. But on Saturday, the Lord gave an amazing sign. From our perch, Jolene and I were stunned to see a rainbow literally brooding over Washington DC! It was in the same manner that Holy Spirit brooded over the waters as described in Genesis 1. We’ve seen arching rainbows many times. But never in our lives have we seen a rainbow before which seemed to lay over the land! 

And to our astonishment, THE RAINBOW BEGAN AT THE SUPREME COURT.

What is the significance of the rainbow? Mercy. In the calm after the storm, His covenant with our nation remains—and it is a covenant of LIFE. There is a Court that reigns over the highest courts of man. And the Lord is arising to overcome the deficit of justice in our land! As prophesied, His glory is being released. 

Lets be clear about something. This rainbow over DC is an incredible sign that His mercy is being imparted. Let there be light. It’s a mercy that’s joyous but severe at the same time. Because He is separating light from darkness!  

Appointed Place, Appointed Time, Appointed Vision
Amazingly, my photo of this rainbow soon went viral on Facebook, with over 2,000 shares. Our friend Becky Jackman asked about the it on a phone call yesterday. She responded with a prophecy, and I feel it is a word for you as well. 

“It’s a good thing you weren’t at Chuy’s!” As I recounted the story, oddly enough she joked with us about our favorite Mexican place. I told her the truth—that we had just returned home from Chuys! 

Becky then began to prophesy. “You and Jolene were at the appointed place at just the appointed time,” she told me. “The appointed place, at the appointed time, to receive the vision appointed for you!”

This is a promise for each of you. Seek the Lord to be synergized with His heart, His covenant, His Throne room movements. You are coming to an appointed time for visitation!

The Unshakeable Throne—Isaiah’s Appointed Vision
Final point. Remember that a rainbow surrounds God’s throne. As we move through the gates into 5779, the majesty of Christ’s unshakeable Throne is now being revealed. 

During last night’s prayer gathering the Lord showed Jolene how He was releasing His seraphim, His burning ones, over Washington DC at this time. The decreed release marked one of our most powerful moments of our five years in our nation’s Capitol. From Isaiah 6 (summary):

In the year King Uzziah died—in a year of governmental shaking—I saw the Lord seated upon a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple. Seraphim or burning ones cried one to another, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts! The whole earth is full of His glory!”

Immediately the gateposts shook at the voice of him who cried. The resistance in the heavenlies gave way, and the temple of earth was filled with smoke—the tangible substance of Heaven. 

Overwhelmed with what I was seeing, I cried out, “Woe is me—I am undone! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell amidst a people of unclean lips. For my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts!” 

Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a burning coal from the altar. He touched my mouth, and said, Behold this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away, and your sin atoned for.

Friends, want to know what is really going on in Washington DC? This is that. In a year of governmental shaking, the Throne behind the thrones is becoming unveiled. Mercy has been decreed. Time for Deep State deliverance—His way. Time for a deep cleansing from the state of our own defilement now flooded our society. Our lips must be cleansed. Our eyes and hearts must become purified. It’s time to light our lamps and embrace teshuvah. 

Because we are entering a new day—the unveiling of His unshakeable throne. L’CHAIM! And no King but Jesus…
