Well, it happened again.

Last Wednesday I began our Back to the Future posting by sharing a recent conversation with Gary Beaton. And unexpectedly today, Jolene and I experienced another realm-releasing, life-changing dialogue with our friend.

Gary had just visited one of our favorite churches on the planet, Rock Road Chapel in Berne NY. The Lord moved powerfully. And as you’ll see, God is all about REVOLUTION in this hour—restoring His American Dream.

Tomorrow during our call, Gary will be sharing about a significant angelic encounter he had early Saturday morning at Rock Road. The Lord highlighted a key verse that I believe has the capacity to significantly impact our future—even to save our nation. Further, it launched their entire conference into a time of corporate visitation. May we all experience this Holy Spirit realm tomorrow…

Encounter—Gary’s “American Dream”
Gary had another encounter early early Sunday morning, in the form of a dream. In this dream I (Jon) was reading and prophetically declaring the Declaration of Independence!

The Lord highlighted a specific passage of the document to Gary. The part where the founders took a dramatic stand against the usurping, covenant-breaking, open deceit and relentless breaches of law by the King.

Based on these injustices, they declared their right to form new government. And the American Dream began.

I shared last week a that prophetically, the Lord is again opening a window to restore His “American Dream.” From the posting:

“Just as Reagan’s influence brought a turnaround from the devastation under Carter’s administration, so we need a strong leader who loves Jesus Christ and loves Christ’s covenantal dream for America. And just as the saints pressed Heaven in prayer during the Carter Administration, we need to continue a “full court press” right now for God to favor us with a man after His own heart, who can restore the American dream.”

It’s interesting that presidential candidate Marco Rubio announced his candidacy just yesterday with the theme of restoring the American dream. I do believe a window is opening!

And I really take it seriously when, after writing about this window, Gary Beaton has a dream about the founding of the American dream. With me in it!

Let me just add one observation. The American Dream began with a verdict, leading to Revolution. We have our verdict as well. But to restore the American Dream, to see this turnaround, we need another revolution. A spiritual revolution. NO KING BUT JESUS!

Declaration of Independence—Court of Heaven?
In light of Gary’s prophetic experience, I felt to read the Declaration of Independence again. Guess what I discovered? The entire document is actually a prayer… not only a prayer, but a plea before the Court of Heaven!

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, APPEALING TO THE SUPREME JUDGE OF THE WORLD for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States…

Friends, they literally petitioned Heaven. They even made their appeal to the SUPREME JUDGE, just like we’ve been learning to do from Daniel 7:22. You just cannot make this stuff up!

Passover—New Transition at Hand
Passover conveys God’s heart to deliver His covenant people from tyranny. In preparation for Passover this year, we felt strongly called to “divorce” or cut ungodly ties with people, institutions and governmental leaders—wherever ungodly ties or loyalties had formed, even with our President. In our posting, we closed with the Declaration of Independence as an example of this call.

I believe Gary’s dream really confirms how needful this is, personally and as a nation. Because where we cut ungodly ties with the past, we suddenly become free to envision and embrace our future.

Beloved, it is time for you to declare liberty! Below is the portion of the Declaration of Independence I was proclaiming in Gary’s dream.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. 

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…

By the Spirit, this transition is now at hand.
