DEAR FRIENDS,
WELCOME TO SPIRIT OF AMERICA AT FANEUIL HALL BOSTON! Jolene and I, along with the Spirit of America team, are thrilled you are praying with us and sharing this defining moment. 

OURFOUNDING FATHERS GATHERED at FANEUIL HALL, the Cradle of Liberty, to cast vision for a dream which once seemed impossible to mankind. Revere. Adams. Hancock. Warren. More. They sought a new nation, under God, that would secure liberty and justice for all citizens, for all generations. They came to this “Face of God Hall” to ignite a torch for the freedom movement which would soon become the United States of America. Against all odds our freedom nation has prevailed. 

AND ON APRIL 18, THE ANNIVERSARY OF PAUL REVERE’S RIDE, in the 250th year of American Independence, we have the privilege of celebrating together in the sacred space where our founders once stood, to say THANK YOU GOD for preserving our freedom, and blessing our nation!

TONIGHT ON 4-18 WE ARE REDEDICATING AMERICA TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST—from the covenant root of our nation to all of its branches. And we are asking that Holy Spirit be fully released as the true Spirit of America which defines our future. Note the words of Jesus, recorded in Luke 4:18, as He announced His revolution:

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim LIBERTY to the captives, And recovery of sight to the blind, to SET AT LIBERTY those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

DECLARATION OF COVENANT RENEWAL
WHEN IN THE COURSE OF HUMAN EVENTS, IT BECOMES NECESSARY FOR WE, THE PEOPLE to repent for moral and spiritual errors by previous generations now impacting our generation, and to receive from our Creator both a Pardon and a re-constitution of Covenant with the Lord Jesus Christ, a decent respect to our own posterity requires we declare the causes which impel us to this re-dedication. 

OUR NATION WAS FOUNDED IN COVENANT WITH GOD. The Pilgrims and other founders committed the land and government to the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian Faith. The First Great Awakening, birthed out of this covenant, imparted vision for American Liberty to the entire 13 colonies. 

YET MANY PASTORS AND LEADERS, in Boston especially, rejected the move of Holy Spirit awakening while at the same time endorsing secret societies promoting the highest levels of blatant idolatry. They violated covenant with God even as they campaigned for liberties which the Spirit of God alone can give.

FATHER GOD, WE HERE GATHERED CONFESS THESE SINS, knowing that idolatry only leads to subjugation, not freedom. From our founding, the mixing of our genuine Christian faith with antichrist spirits has wreaked havoc generationally, betraying the best intentions of our forefathers and even causing the glory of Your presence to lift from our land. 

PLEASE FORGIVE US. REMIT the sins of the Boston pastors and leaders, as well as successive generations here and across America, who resisted the move of the Spirit and chose a mixture of God and idolatry instead. Please open the scrolls of the generations and blot out our transgressions! According to Isaiah 28, we plead the precious blood of Jesus Christ to annul all generational covenants with death and hell initiated by our forefathers, and choose to be joined covenantally to Jesus Christ alone. 

SO AS OF 4-18, THE ANNIVERSARY OF AMERICA’S EXODUS FROM TYRANNY, in this sacred Cradle of Liberty, we again appeal to the Supreme Judge of the Universe concerning the rectitude of our intentions. Please remove our reproach. Grant our request that the United States be rededicated immediately, from the covenant root to all branches, to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ alone. A new birth of freedom. America born again! 

FURTHER, WE ASK THAT HOLY SPIRIT BE RESTORED AS THE TRUE SPIRIT OF AMERICA, from our covenant roots. Please relight the lamp of Holy Spirit awakening! Grant Boston, and America, a second chance. And by the fire of this burning lamp, we ask that You now reconstitute Your freedom movement, Your American Exodus, Your Great Awakening. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, AMEN!
