DEAR FRIENDS,
WE ARE IN DAYS OF WONDER. Last week I had a dream in which the Lord gave me an unexpected gift. He is an incredibly generous Father who always loves to give gifts to His children. Note that His reach goes far beyond just meeting needs. He longs to bring delight!
My gift from the Throne is a 49,000 square-foot ministry center, apparently right in the heart of Washington DC. A mansion? Maybe an apostolic center? Or maybe even… the White House? 49,000 square feet is just a little less than the true size of our nation’s highest Seat. It could really work.
Don’t scoff. I already know God is giving us the White House this coming year. At least as a prayer project. Seems like it’s needed.
Ok maybe it’s not an actual building. Coming out of the dream I “knew” the building being given was Isaiah 49. I encourage you to read through the chapter with care. It is a vast storehouse of revelation, with tons of jewels, focused on Messiah, embodying the essence of freedom from tyranny itself.
Isaiah 49 for 2026!
As of Hanukkah and Christmas 2025, the Lord has a gift for His covenant people through Isaiah 49. You might recognize a few passages already, as they remain hallmarks of Lamplighter’s intercession since 2022.
(25) “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away,
And the prey of the terrible be delivered; for I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children.
Isn’t it amazing how we saw Isaiah 49:25 fulfilled in 2025? This after many tears while praying on behalf of captive Israeli hostages for two years straight. Finally in 2025, the remnant was released.
And further, you and I prayed through the same passage for two years previously on behalf of our own captive sons and daughters. More on this in a moment.
(26) I will feed those who oppress you with their own flesh,
And they shall be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine.
All flesh shall know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob” (Isaiah 49:25-6).
We will see an extension of Isaiah 49:25 into 2026, especially with awakening and revival among the youth. But there’s more. I believe we’ll also see Isaiah 49:26 in 2026. God is going to judge many enemies who have wronged His covenant people, who have oppressed us with their injustice. He’s going to bring their rule to an end. The books will be balanced with equity and justice. “All flesh shall know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”
The Greatest Gift—A True Christmas Miracle
What’s the greatest gift the Father can give this Christmas? Jesus His Son, of course. Back on Christmas 2015, the Lord gave the gift of Jesus to our own son. Jolene and I, along with the Lamplighter family, had prayed Isaiah 49:25 for an entire year for God to redeem our sons and daughters. LET MY CHILDREN GO!
An entire year—no exaggeration. We actually began Christmas Day 2014. And early in the morning on Christmas 2015, our son Jonathan saw a vision of Jesus compelling Him to come home to Him. On the morning we celebrate Christ’s birth, Jesus was born in our son’s heart. He dove into His arms. He’s never been the same since.
I hope this dream and testimony gives you a small glimpse of the unimaginable potential being offered to you and me in this season. May the revelation of Jesus through Isaiah 49 provoke you to awe. May your heart be opened to believe for similar divine interventions. The Lord of hosts is giving gifts to you and me. In Jesus’ Name!
