The Harvest Turnaround
WITH THE BLOOD MOON AS CONFIRMATION, we have moved through an historic “time gate.” We are together advancing in Washington DC and the nation. The national legalization of unjust bloodshed through abortion has turned. The hearts of the fathers are turning to the children, and the children to the fathers, often in defiance of current culture. We are in the beginning of a “harvest turnaround!”
That said, few have realized the correlation between generosity in giving and the release of God’s turnaround in their lives, their families and their nation. But the Bible is very clear. I am carrying a word for America on this. If we want the curse removed from our land, if we want an open heaven with the devourer rebuked from our harvest, if we genuinely wish to return to the Lord, one neglected aspect is mandated. That is the divine exchange of tithes and offerings.
Beloved, we are right now facing economic stagnation, the highest inflation in decades, the collapse of cryptocurrency, the decline of the stock market, the highest ever gas prices. We could also mention nuclear threats from Russia and Iran. And truly there is so much more. Much of our current challenges are largely due to wrong choices made in 2020. We are suffering the consequences.
And by “we” I mean even the body of Christ. Virtually every ministry we know in Washington DC and this nation is now suffering from a shortage of both prayer and provision. Many believers have simply pulled away from the battle. Even more have pulled away from giving.
That’s exactly the wrong response!
You and I both know that, in the end, God will prove Himself faithful. God wants to give America solutions to our challenges that no man can take credit for. He wants to protect our nation! He wants to rebuke the devourer. He wants to open Heaven! And we have the privilege of wholehearted dependence on a higher economy than the world could ever provide.
And a primary forerunning expression to secure His turnaround in these vast arenas is THE TURNAROUND TITHE. If you want power encounters, if you want God’s hand to move, if you want to secure the harvest of your present and future, it’s time to put your treasure where your heart is once again. Sow towards the harvest miracle you desire to receive!
“Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me!
But you say,‘In what way have we robbed You?’
In tithes and offerings.
You are cursed with a curse, for you have robbed Me, even this whole nation.
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.
“And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” says the Lord of hosts; and all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a delightful land,” says the Lord of hosts” (Malachi 3:8-12).
Vision of Historic Turnaround
Back in 2015, Jolene and I were dreaming about a national turnaround. How do we see the manifestation of what God promised? Fasting? Prayer? Spiritual warfare? Societal engagement?
All of these are important. But they’re by no means the totality what’s needed to secure our turnaround.
While inquiring of the Lord, I heard the simple words “tithes and offerings.” Lord’s response to me caught me completely off guard. I literally protested. “Lord, you invited us to prove You in this. If it’s true that returning to you in tithes and offerings is the missing piece to secure Your turnaround, prove it to me somewhere in history.”
Immediately the Lord entered me into a panoramic vision. That’s the only way I can explain it. I saw soldiers in Viet Nam racing to helicopters to be evacuated. I then saw the same soldiers being shamed by protesters when they returned home. This should never be!
I saw cars lined up for miles along streets simply to get gas. A mortgage contract flashed before me, with 18% interest. I saw the threats of Russia to eviscerate our nation through a nuclear holocaust, with schoolchildren practicing drills under their desks.
Then I saw a television news report of the Iranian hostage crisis, with our greatest special ops soldiers suffering a crash in the desert.
In short, the Lord showed me the downward spiral of America in the mid-1970s. But I also saw the faces of Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Fred Price and others I could not recognize, restoring to the body of Christ the message of tithes and offerings.
Historic Turnarounds Take Hold!
Historically, 1973 was the pivot point for when the message of restoring tithes and offerings really swept through the body of Christ. It took eight years of a downward spiral before things really turned. But during the Reagan administraiton, quite literally the windows of Heaven began to open. Provision came flooding back to America. There was a resurgence of godly patriotism. Our military was rebuilt. The computer revolution took hold, redefining our world.
And suddenly America found herself in the midst of a dramatic societal turnaround which reverberates still today.
It can—and will—happen again today. Our responsibility before the Lord is to return to Him in every way—including in the divine exchange of tithes and offerings. You will see God’s turnaround!
