Jolene and I are traveling today to Brunswick GA, getting ready for an amazing weekend at Remnant Church. Join us Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday morning as we focus on stepping into the awakening promised by God for this new season. Something’s already going on down in Brunswick. For weeks now Pastors Jamie and Redonnia Jackson have been hosting special services Friday evenings, with no agenda except to encounter the Lord. The Presence of God has been unusually strong.
Can’t wait. Move in power Holy Spirit! And together lets see this burning lamp awakening blaze at a whole new level.
Thank you again for your amazing intercession for the Supreme Court and the opening of this crucial window for LIFE. We will process some tonight. Please keep in mind the Lord called us to watch through this time period known by the Jewish people as “Dire Straits.” This period culminates on the ninth of Av, which is July 22 this year. Needless to say, there’s definitely been some contending.
The good news is that God has decreed a turnaround in your life and world. This year we are moving through the gate from confinement to freedom—no matter what the prognosticators and pundits would have you believe. The circle of God’s covenant trumps, triumphs over, and prevails against the circle of Baal meant to confine you!
The past few days we have seen a living expression of this very reality with the rescues of an entire soccer team in Thailand. The coach apparently led the team into a very deep cave as part of an initiation ritual. Floods trapped them for over a week. The search party that found them had to dive through depths inside the cave, climb up the sides of cliffs, and navigate passageways which were all but shut. Yet against all odds, they were rescued!
I’m sure many of you were praying through for this team. Awesome! I believe in process we received together a tremendous sign of God’s work with us. The Lord is breaking us out of captivity—even the captivity our own stubbornness got us into! We are moving. And the circle of God’s covenant trumphs, triumphs over, and prevails against the circle of Baal meant to confine us—and even define us. Let My people go!
