First—Shields Up! Pray Against Islamist Terror
Pentecost has begun. The month-long Islamic holiday of Ramadan has also begun. This year particularly we need to keep vigilant watch against further terror strikes. A suicide bombing devastated Manchester, England a week ago. Baghdad, Iraq was hit yesterday as Ramadan began. And Kabul, Afghanistan was hit today by a suicide bombing near the diplomatic sector. At least eighty are dead, 300 wounded. Please pray for the victims and their families. THIS MUST CEASE!

Over the past few days I have become aware of a severe warning  deep within my spirit. Violence. Bloodshed. Even on American soil. We really need to pray to circumvent the enemy’s plans! Shields up, in Jesus’ Name.

A Second Wind for America’s Restorers!
OK now for the good news. Well sorta good news. On Pentecost, fifty days into our 100 day “Resounding Scrolls” prayer project, the Lord has begun to give clarity on His overarching prayer focus for this season. We are engaging in “round two” of prophetic projects started in 2015-2016. As Rick Ridings shared, the turnaround must be completed. 

Look at the current war against President Trump, and it’s obvious the “Conflict of Thrones” is continuing. But so is the Glory Train! Chuck Pierce privately prophesied 10 months of tumult, followed by three years of peace. And we already know which one prevails in the end. 

This by no means diminishes the suffering and struggle of America’s restorers at this time. Many are exhausted. But please don’t give up! Your second wind is at hand. Let hope and vision be renewed. We are entering a second phase of reconstitution for our nation, propelled by a second wind of His Spirit!

A Dream and a Vision
So this is what the Lord showed me. Fifty days ago I had a dream where Washington DC was superimposed on the Jezreel Valley from Har Megiddo, or Armageddon. A small group of us were evaluating and strategizing to take the Promised Land—the inheritance assigned to us. 

The focus of this dream was not war but harvest. In other words, securing the harvest of the seeds sown into the ground. This is so important to note today, as Pentecost celebrates the first fruits of harvest!

Ezekiel saw a similar vision. As recorded in Ezekiel 37, God showed the prophet a valley of dry bones and told him to prophesy. Miraculously, bones came together at his word. Sinews and muscle completed the connections, and a new covering of skin formed to reconstitute their bodies. 

Later on in Ezekiel 37 we discover that the dry bones formed an army. Most likely the valley Ezekiel saw was a battlefield. Because for an army to come out of the ground, an army had to succumb to the ground!

Was the valley he saw Jezreel? Har Megiddo or Armageddon? We can’t say for sure. But the field which defines our future is also Israel’s most prominent battlefield throughout history. 

Remember Jezreel means “God sows.” Again, that was the focus of the dream the Lord gave. Drain the swamp and secure the harvest of the seeds planted in the ground. 

That to say, I believe even my dream indicates we have been in a similar time of restoration as Israel. We are in the midst of a turnaround. This ‘son of a Pilgrim’ can attest that we have been propelled by clear prophetic directives from the Lord. As a result, the covenantal foundations of our nation are being restored before our very eyes!

First Phase Now in Motion
Our nation right now, and Washington DC especially, is like Ezekiel’s dry bones after the first phase of this reconstitution. Constitution means “composition, structure or makeup of something.” No wonder even our literal Constitution is being restored! Further, our collective muscles are regaining strength. And we can thank God this great restoration even includes a new covering over our structures. 

But like the dry bones, the structures themselves are not yet living. They are not alive. There’s no breath in the body!

Second Phase—Come from the Four Winds, O Breath!
Ezekiel was first told to prophesy to the bones. But now the prophet is told to prophesy to the breath. “Come from the four winds, O Breath, and breathe on these slain that they may live. That they might come to life!”

Ezekiel’s first prophecy was descriptive. His second prophesy was declarative. What followed was like Pentecost. There came a sound of a mighty, rushing wind! The resurrection power of God filled the cells and lungs of this great army. They sprung out of their graves and came to life!

And friends, that’s where we are today. We’ve been speaking to dry bones, and have seen literally the re-constitution of the United States. But it’s not enough to complete the turnaround. WE MUST HAVE A MOVE OF GOD. 

God is intent on restoring His glory! Remember how the Lord has prepared us for this. The reproach of Ichabod has been erased. And the Lord is now summoning a small band of His forerunners to engage in a second phase of prophetic release for America’s reconstitution. Come from the four winds, O Breath. Breathe on these slain that they may live!

Throne Room Winds
Though these four winds affect the winds of the earth realm, they are by no means earthly. Years ago, while I was an intercessory missionary at IHOP-KC, the Lord gave clear revelation on this. 

God the Father summoned these winds when He breathed into Adam “the breath of life, and he became a living soul” (Genesis 2:7). Jesus summoned these winds when He raised Lazarus from the dead. He spoke of this as an awakening. “Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep, but I go that I may awaken him from slumber” (John 11:11). 

And what God did with Adam and Lazarus is exactly what Ezekiel sees when the dry bones come to life. It is exactly what He is going to do with us. Awakening winds are going to blow across our land!

But the description does not convey the source. These winds don’t originate from the north, south, east or west. Instead they are Throne Room winds. They come from the innermost being of the Godhead.

God makes His angels winds, and His ministers a flame of fire. Study the Book of Revelation and you’ll discover that when the four living creatures before the Throne worship, the elders fall on their faces and worship the Lord. It’s like they’re hit by a wave, or a strong wind. 

And the winds emanating from the nucleus of God’s throne will become accelerated in Heaven and earth to bring revival.

Vision—Jesus Releasing Throne Room Winds
Back in 2002, I had an incredible vision of this. I saw Jesus before the sea of glass. His face was shining so brightly I could not make out His countenance. Suddenly he bowed down and plunged His face into this sea. Immediately it lit up, like a thousand nuclear bombs within the waters. 

Jesus then began to blow into the sea of glass. Whirlwinds began to form. I continued to watch as these whirlwinds, mingled with the sea of glass and fire, stretched down to touch the earth. And I knew I was witnessing the restoration of His glory on a global level. 

“Come from the four winds, O Breath, and breathe on these slain that they may live!” I believe this vision conveys what it looked like when Ezekiel prayed. And it conveys what will transpire in our day as we summon for Heaven’s winds to blow. 

Israel’s Rebirth Prophesies to Ours
Final point. The Lord is using Ezekiel’s vision as a progressive roadmap for America’s restoration. But the vision of the dry bones first and foremost conveys the restoration and rebirth of the Nation of Israel. 

And the prophet’s foresight is absolutely breathtaking. 

Note that Israel’s rebirth occurred right after the Holocaust or Shoah. Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the WHOLE HOUSE OF ISRAEL; behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope has perished. WE ARE COMPLETELY CUT OFF.’

Therefore prophesy and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel (Ezekiel 37:11-12). 

A precious few of the survivors of this onslaught made aliyah. They actually returned to the Promised Land. And these Shoah survivors soon became such a mighty army that they pushed back a united assault by seven nations on every border, right at the point of Israel’s birth! Less than a generation later, they and their offspring fought together to secure their Capital—Jerusalem—under Israeli sovereignty. A mighty army indeed! 

My point here is that if God can do this for the covenant land of Israel, He can do it for us as well. Covenant with Christ has been restored, literally bringing America into a rebirth or renaissance. The first phase of God’s turnaround is clearly in motion. As we all know, our Nation’s Capitol is now a primary battlefield for our nation under God. 

As of Pentecost 2017, it’s time for the life-generating breath of God to re-enter our land. It’s time for hope and vision to be re-awakened. It’s time for the Glory Train to roll a second time across our land. It’s time to complete the turnaround God has promised us. 

And for all this to occur, it’s time to for you and I to summon God’s Throne Room winds! 

“Come from the four winds, O Breath, and breathe on these slain that they may come to life… Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, My people. I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life, and I will place you on your own land. Then you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken and done it, declares the Lord” (Ezekiel 37:9,13-14).
