DEAR FRIENDS,
GLORY MET US IN VIRGINIA BEACH. While praying at the cross that defines the memorial to Robert Hunt’s dedication, the presence of God swept in. Chris Mitchell was praying to start us off, along with about 25 leaders and intercessors. And our prophetic friend Stephen Springer happened to pull up just as we were gathering.

It wasn’t easy getting to the cross. The memorial is actually on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, and a military ID is required. We are grateful for the many in our midst who have valiantly served, who became our escorts to the sacred site. 

Most of you know our tour launched on 4-18, the anniversary of Paul Revere’s midnight ride. This portion is culminating on the 419th anniversary of Robert Hunt’s powerful consecration of the land to Jesus Christ. Luke 4:18-19 declares the mission statement Jesus claims as His own, which has become ours in an unimaginable way. Double portion, as Rania Sayegh prophesied from Nazareth!

OURFOUNDING FATHERS sought to establish a new nation under God—securing liberty and justice for all citizens, for all generations. They ignited a torch for a Freedom Movement which would soon become the United States of America. For 250 years now, against all odds, this freedom movement has prevailed. 

THE REDEDICATION WHICH BEGAN ON 4-18 AT FANEUIL HALL BOSTON, the anniversary of Paul Revere’s midnight ride, is now being consummated on the 419th anniversary of Robert Hunt’s foundational covenant. THANK YOU GOD for preserving our freedom and blessing! Thank You for granting us a renewal of covenant with You. 

TONIGHT WE RETURN TO WHERE IT ALL BEGAN—to a covenant root which bound together the original 13 colonies, whose citizens framed our freedom governance. The marker of this covenant root is not a temple or a statue, but a cross. That’s our only covenantal key to now open the gates and see His glory restored as the true Spirit of America which defines our future. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim LIBERTY to the captives, And recovery of sight to the blind, to SET AT LIBERTY those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord” (Luke 4:18-19).

         Spirit ofAmerica Decree 

WHEN IN THE COURSE OF HUMAN EVENTS, IT BECOMES NECESSARY FOR WE, THE PEOPLE to forsake ties that bind us to lesser endeavors—so as to better pursue a promise from Heaven not yet fully attained—a decent respect to our own posterity requires we declare the causes which impel us to this dedication. 

419 YEARS AGO TODAY, VIRGINIA WAS FOUNDED BY COVENANT WITH GOD through Robert Hunt and the Virginia Company. At the time Virginia encompassed most of America. Considering the importance of this covenant, as well as the freedom legacies and inherent challenges birthed from her soil, Virginia profoundly represents the Nation under God. 

SADLY THIS DEDICATION became compromised from the beginning. Leaders who decreed freedom for we, the people actually welcomed slavery through her gates. Overt confessions of Christianity became corrupted by covert covenants with idolatry through secret societies. Meanwhile moves of Holy Spirit were passionately resisted. Thus Virginia and the Nation defiled their very covenant with God Most High. And it was left for future generations the staggering task of repairing these breaches and redeeming God’s freedom movement. 

ON THE 419TH ANNIVERSARY OF ROBERT HUNT’S COVENANT, in the 250th anniversary of America’s Independence, the Sovereign Lord says, I AM RESTORING THE VIRGINITY OF VIRGINIA. By witness of Heaven’s Court it has been determined that America’s foundational covenants have been repaired to the extent that we, the people may again open the gates to welcome God’s governmental glory. A YEAR OF FAVOR FROM THE LORD has thus been decreed (Luke 4:18-19). It is advised that the entire year be set aside, beginning this date, for the recovery of Heaven’s original intent for your Promised Land, with Holy Spirit REVERED as the true SPIRIT OF AMERICA. 

IN RESPONSE, ON THE 419TH ANNIVERSARY OF THIS DEDICATION, we the people again appeal to the Supreme Judge of the Universe concerning the rectitude of our intentions. Remove our reproach! Restore the virginity of Virginia. Restore Your glory, and grant that Virginia and the United States be rededicated immediately, from this covenant root to all branches, to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ alone. 

FURTHER, WE ASK THAT HOLY SPIRIT BE RESTORED AS THE TRUE SPIRIT OF AMERICA which defines our future. Now reconstitute Your Freedom Movement, Your American Exodus, Your Great Awakening! Renewing our foundational covenant with You, “We do hereby dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up Godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains.” In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
