DEAR FRIENDS,
2-22-2022. This day has been ordained by the Lord as a global demarcation of the turnaround movement He is once again initiating. As we watch events unfold globally surrounding this “time gate,” I am acutely aware that the enemy is also looking for access. We need to keep watch to protect and defend what the Lord is initiating. 

2-22-22 Russia? China?
Speculations in the media suggest that AFTER THE OLYMPICS China potentially desires to attack Taiwan in synch with Russia invading the Ukraine (NY Post article CLICK HERE). We are praying God’s turnaround to thwart these potential plans. That said, it is unsettling that the Olympics end on 2-20. Could it be that global powers are seeking to initiate a global war on 2-22-22?

If you know us and our ministry, we are by no means alarmists. Our calling is to stand with the Lord to mitigate potential challenges. And especially given the historic date, I feel this warning is valid. 

Please keep in mind the intentionality on the date that drove another epoch-making attack, on our very soil. 9-11. Below is an excerpt from our upcoming book. LETS CALL 9-11 TO THE LORD, seeking His intervention to preserve a generation and launch this turnaround movement!

CALL 911—Watchman Prayer

On September 11, 2001, Islamist terrorists thrust America and the world into a new era of history. Hijacked airplanes were turned into deadly missiles and thrust into the greatest symbols of America’s economic and military might. The Twin Towers of the World Trade Center exploded, then completely collapsed. The western wall of the Pentagon disintegrated. A total of 2,996 people died. And America responded by charging into a 20 year-long war. 

Approximately two weeks before 911, our friend Ceci Sheets, wife of Dutch Sheets, dreamed that she was pregnant. Before she could even grasp the news, she looked down and realized her pregnancy had suddenly come to full term. Ceci entered into travail, with nobody around to assist.

“Call 911! Call 911! Ceci exclaimed in the dream. “My baby is about to be born! And there is nobody to help deliver my child. The experts are needed at this time!”

The prescience of this dream, just days before September 11, is haunting. But when you realize Ceci’s husband Dutch was passing through New York City that very morning on a governmental prayer tour, the dream becomes a marker of history.

Dutch was leading a prayer journey called the Kettle Tour, focused on historic roots of awakening, covenant and government throughout the northeast. Dutch was strongly focused on two prophetic messages, the Isaiah 22:22 movement of Eliakim and governmental authority, and a movement of Acts 3:19 repentance and turnaround to release God’s intended destiny for our land. As Dutch thundered relentlessly through the journey, Acts 3:19 can be translated “Repent and return, so that your sins may be washed away, so that times of refreshing—literally, the blowing again of the breath of God, the breath of birthing or new beginnings—may come from the presence of the Lord.”

Not coincidentally, both messages are key for 2022 and beyond. Keys of governmental authority are being entrusted to God’s Eliakims, those devoted to fathering and mentoring instead of gaining at the expense of those they are called to serve. 

And the breath of God is blowing again. 

A high level group of leaders and intercessors was selected for the Kettle Tour, including Lou Engle, Will Ford and others. I was honored to join as well. Little did I know that this journey would mark my own emergence into national prophetic ministry. The journey became an unexpected birthing for me. The Lord gave me an impacting prophecy that turned out to be similar to Ceci’s dream in its prescience. I saw a coming “martyrs harvest” for New England and the nation. The Elijah List published the word on September 5, just six days before 911. More on this in a moment. 

We were leaving from New Jersey to New England when Ceci called to share the “Call 911” dream. In fact our team was exploring the meaning as our bus crossed the Hudson River on the Tappan Zee Bridge. I will never forget the moment when the New York skyscrapers came into view, with the Twin Towers forming a massive “11” above the others. None of us had any idea we were seeing the towers for the last time.

Call 911—The Meaning
Two decades later, the message from Ceci’s dream has vital keys for today. Lets start with a few obvious perceptions. 

First and foremost, the dream conveyed a real-time prophetic warning about the coming 9-11 attacks. We are moving into a season where real-time prophetic revelation must not only be accurately received, but accurately interpreted. Our very lives may depend on it.

A secondary purpose of the dream was to convey warnings about threats faced by our children. Both their innocence and their process of maturity must be guarded. I hope you can see how greatly God desires to preserve their destinies!

Travailing prayer brings to birth God’s covenant purposes. On a larger scale, the dream warned of peril in this process. We remain in a season of intense travail for what Abraham Lincoln termed “a new birth of freedom” for our land. Yet as in the days of Pharaoh and Herod, our most powerful enemies now stand at the very gateways of America’s birth canal, seeking to abort the freedom movement God is bringing forth. Experts are needed to protect the child!

Maybe that’s why, from the moment Ceci conveyed the dream, Dutch focused on Psalm 91 as a primary promise being released to God’s people. Dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, gaining deliverance from the snare of the trapper and the deadly pestilence. A companion verse is Amos 9:11, which conveys the potential for God’s protection on a national level through the restoration of the Tabernacle of David. We’ll dive into both passages as the chapter culminates.

But on the most basic level, 911 is a call for help in an emergency. The “Call 911” dream conveys the urgent need to immediately pray, to cry out for intervention until it comes. Hopefully before it’s too late. 

Please pray over 2-22-22. Lets agree for a turnaround! No King but Jesus…
