Exactly two weeks before the October 7 invasion, Jen Mallan joined Jolene and me to host a prayer vigil on Yom Kippur. Many leaders and national networks participated. The Lord had spoken to us about a coming midnight hour, and we knew by the Spirit Israel was facing war. The vigil carried this theme throughout.
The next day a friend invited us for a private tour of MacDill Air Force Base. Remember Yom Kippur is the day of national atonement, the holiest day of the year according to the Jewish faith. Many of our friends give themselves completely to prayer and fasting, never leaving their homes.
But the Lord made clear our assignment was onsite. Something major was coming. Even then we knew whatever it was mandated military collaboration between Israel and America. We went primarily to pray for this bond to endure whatever was ahead.
Fast forward to today. Following President Trump’s directive, CENTCOM general Erik Kurilla launched “Operation Midnight Hammer” to take out Iranian military sites, focused on the secretive Fordow nuclear plant protected by a mountain above the facility. We had actually prayed for Gen. Kurilla on Yom Kippur 2023. Not in person of course, but onsite.
And tonight we begin one of the most important prayer vigils of our lives. Iran has threatened America way above the nation’s seeming ability to deliver. Will Iran attempt to close the straits of Hormuz? Are our bases safe? What about terror cells in the US?
On the other hand, it is my opinion that every midnight ride should be like Paul Revere’s ride. It should launch a freedom movement which fully frees nations from rogue, abusive governments. This is especially true with the Midnight Hammer. LET MY PEOPLE GO!
God is initiating a freedom movement, which I believe even includes regime change. One thing’s for sure. These decisions and more will be played out before our eyes these next few weeks. Please join us. Lets pray together and prophesy into the turnaround movement the Lion of Judah desires to fully unleash!
