DEAR FORERUNNING FRIENDS,
FIRST—THE NATIONAL COUNTERTERRORISM CENTER (NCTC) has issued a warning of potential terrorism throughout the United States by Al Qaeda. According to an article in the Jerusalem Post site today, the memo was issued to US officials, law enforcement etc with a warning of surveillance towards personal attacks.
According to JPost.com, “It also warned of potential threats to targets that draw large crowds, including sport and music events, and urged law enforcement presence at those events, along with organizing pre-event briefings on security measures.”
Friends please remain vigilant! By the Spirit of God, we have been warning since late July of this, and the Lord made clear the vigil must continue through the fall feasts.
The warning is hauntingly similar to the warning given by Hal Sacks on Turnaround Tuesday September 9, just a day before the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk. WATCH SECURITY VIDEO:

Uncorked! Prophetic Directive for 5786—2026
Now for some good news. In the midst of extraordinary challenges, the Lord is offering you a gift at the door to the new year. HE IS UNCORKING YOUR DOUBLE PORTION.
Every year around Rosh Hashanah the Lord highlights to us a prophetic theme to carry through the new year. In a first, the Lord gave both Jolene and me a vision sourced in the same theme. We literally received DOUBLE PORTION VISION.
And so will you.
About a month ago we prayed at the capital of Washington State in Olympia. for the very first time. I saw a vision of the hand of the Lord coming to the capital dome. He twisted the dome to the right, then lifted it. All kinds of wild stuff began pouring out! I heard the word “uncorked.”
Immediately the domes of two other capitals, Salem in Oregon and Sacramento in California, came before me. I knew the Lord was doing the same in all three capitals.
Yes, I said it. Jesus Himself is turning the three capitals of the west coast to the right. How? No idea.
The Lord brought Jolene into a similar vision. She saw the hand of the Lord over a vast number of wine bottles. He was uncorking these bottles and releasing a literal OUTPOURING of His Spirit.
Friends, God is uncorking something new. He is uncorking your double portion!
“Instead of your shame you will have a double portion, And instead of humiliation they will shout for joy over their portion. Therefore they will possess a double portion in their land” (Isaiah 61:7).
Chuck Pierce’s 7-22 Prophecy
Receiving God’s double portion is part of God’s redemptive verdict for our land. Remember Chuck Pierce prophesied a double portion during 7-22 DC. We had gathered in Pentagon City to receive the Lord’s Daniel 7:22 verdict, and Chuck Pierce declared and released it. In Chuck’s own words:
It’s time to stake your claim to your double portion! He said, BUT THERE IS A DOUBLE PORTION OF MY SPIRIT anointing that is on America that’s not in any other nation. And I am ready for My people to claim their next portion. And the Lord says those who don’t want to claim the next portion, He’s going to start SORTING THEM OUT.
5786—Prophetic Perspectives
God is uncorking your double portion! Let me share with you a few brief prophetic perceptions for 5786 related to the word.
The enemy’s seals of resistance are being broken for the uncorking. At the same time, Heaven’s seals are being unsealed over the Lion of Judah’s scrolls of destiny.
And at the same time, many SEALs and special operators will be used in this season to break the choke-hold seals of destruction our enemies in the natural is attempting to inflict on our land.
Forces of darkness have attempted to shame, demean and marginalize many of you in this season through sabotage and hidden power plays. A primary purpose has been to overtake your covenantal inheritance. As Isaiah 61:7 conveys, His double portion to you is an aspect of His verdict to you.
Just like 1775-1776, the years 2025-2026 are a bridge to freedom where God’s freedom movement accelerates. Many projects begun in 2025 are going to be carried through 2026 and beyond. Including the Rescued Lampstand project.
And—the Spirit of Elijah. This double portion is all about release of the Spirit and power of Elijah. Turning the hearts of the fathers to the children, the children to the fathers, the sons of the covenant back to the Lord their God. To prepare the way of the Lord.
