The live-stream gathering on Yom Kippur has proven very impactful to the body of Christ, both in breakthrough and as a revelatory key to help understand the season we are in. So many prayed! And seeing the 50 state prayer networks band together accelerated the effectiveness exponentially. THANK YOU JESUS!

Now the Redeem America Project continues. We are embarking on the next phase of the “wind tunnel” portion of the tour in Youngstown Ohio with our amazing friends the Bertelsons and Chickonoskis, host pastors of this weekend’s gathering. Please pray for us.
Wind Tunnel Opens—“Gray Awakening” at Hand!
And pray for a move of Holy Spirit awakening to break forth! While in Lakeland this past weekend, we tangibly felt the gates begin to open for this awakening move. The Lord confirmed it in an astonishing way.
Keep in mind that Lakeland FL marks the last place in America where, beginning in spring 2007, a massive move of revival took place.
Most of us also remember how the glory lifted. The sin, the corruption, the heartbreak. And then it seemed the movement vanished. Faded into the grays.
Now by the word of the Lord a “Gray Awakening” has begun in conjunction with Yom Kippur 2023. How God brought us to minister in Lakeland FL to prophesy the opening of the wind tunnel, and release of this “Gray Awakening” right before the Solemn Assembly, is beyond me. THANK YOU Dina Ramos for your amazing foresight in hosting us there!
Ironically because Dina lives in the Tampa area, I literally did not even realize we were ministering in Lakeland until just two weeks before the gathering. By then we were so consumed with the Redeem America project we simply pressed in by the Spirit and trusted the spontaneity of Holy Spirit every step of the way.
That to say—I would like to say I put the pieces of the puzzle together on this beforehand, but I totally didn’t. The orchestration of God is ASTONISHING. Below is the Gray Awakening word from 2007. Note that it conveys a move of the Spirit, such has occurred in Lakeland, that fades into the grays.
In fact, in Florida meetings, I am on record prophesying according to this word about the uncloaking of God’s glory at the sound of the trumpet or shofar. That was 16 years ago. Beloved, the trumpet is now sounding.

“The Lord is going to light up many gray areas with His brilliance, bringing a breakthrough of clarity and revelatory understanding that will help us set our course for victory.” This began a prophetic word for the Elijah List from January 2007 called “the Gray Awakening.”
You can often “feel a storm” before you see it. There’s a tangible tension in the atmosphere, a barely perceptible alarm even in the stillness before it comes. This inner tension is often what causes us to look out the window and see the clouds on the horizon. The Lord alerts us to “storms in the spirit” in much the same manner. In a way unique to each individual, the Holy Spirit awakens us to an inner tension that quietly, yet incessantly compels a response. Like many of you, my wife Jolene and I have learned to heed this inner alarm to “go to the window,” see what the Holy Spirit is saying, and pray accordingly.
I felt none of this during a recent early morning prayer time. Or, better said, I ignored the burden I was sensing. I wasn’t really praying; more like dozing prayerfully, when the Lord gave me a vision of a dark tornado hitting the ground, which appeared to be at twilight. There were no colors in either the sky or ground, only varying shades of dark gray. The whirlwind itself seemed to blend in with the gray. Then I saw gray, translucent beings stepping out of the whirlwind. They seemed to hit the ground running, dispersing and blending into the background’s various shades of gray.
Finally, seemingly at once, the Lord “uncloaked” these angels, and the areas where they were assigned began to light up with the brilliant clarity of His glory. It would be trite to say that the gray areas became black and white. More accurately, the light from these angels brought rich, brilliant color and contrast where only gray was seen before.
The word the Lord gave me the morning of the vision is that He is assigning His angels to the gray areas of our lives, our churches, even our nation. By this, the Lord is going to light up many gray areas with His brilliance, bringing a breakthrough of clarity and revelatory understanding that will help us set our course for victory.
Many recently have been disillusioned after crying out in prayer, only to find that all is still gray. I urge you–do not despair. Angels of the Lord have indeed been dispatched to bring breakthrough, and their initial assignment has been to blend into the background, moving in stealth. However, they are about to be uncloaked. Exposure is coming.
In Gideon’s day, oppression was broken off of a nation through a midnight battle where a myriad of torches suddenly became “uncloaked” across a barren hillside (Judges 7:16-20). Many warriors, including Gideon at first, had previously assumed that the Lord had shown up a little too late to bring deliverance to a nation. History records He was right on time!
This word from 2007 conveys that a time would come when God’s revival movement would continue. It would be “uncloaked.” Beloved, I sincerely believe that time is now.
