DEAR TURNAROUND CATALYSTS,
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY FAMILY! Today marks two years of contending together for our sons and daughters weekly in prayer through Turnaround Tuesday. The movement was launched 2 years ago, on 2-22-22. From the beginning we have had a twofold focus. First and foremost is contending for a turnaround for our sons and daughters, marked first by their wholehearted return to Him. A second, vital focus is seeking turnaround for our nation, with government officials seated in office who carry the heart of a father or mother to their constituents (Isaiah 22). This is vitally needed for today. The good news is…
GOD IS SEATING A NEW GOVERNMENT—YOU FIRST!
Recently during a prayer time in South Florida, a prophetic word came forth that made this very clear to me. Immediately my mind went to political candidates. But here’s how the Lord surprised me. I saw that before the Lord is releasing His mantle for the seating of the 2024 presidency, He is actually mantling many of His people to be SEATED WITH CHRIST in a new way!
The Lord is summoning us all to come up higher. “But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and SEATED US WITH HIM in the heavenly places in Christ” (Ephesians 2:4-6).
In today’s broadcast, lets explore what this means!
ELIJAH AS OUR EXAMPLE
I sense the Lord saying that in 2024 this process of “seating” or inauguration marks His next phase of restoration of the Spirit and power of Elijah. Elijah was mantled for the turnaround of His covenant nation. He was also granted a governmental seat of authority that no man could give, and no man could take away. “As surely as the Lord God of Israel lives, BEFORE WHOM I STAND, there shall be no rain nor dew except at my word.”
From this seat or position of authority granted before the Lord, Jezebel’s dark hold over Israel was conquered. Fire fell from Heaven! The covenant nation turned back to the Lord their God. But perhaps the most important miracle accomplished through Elijah was that, through this same seat, a widow’s son was raised from the dead. We are seeking to see an entire generation raised to life!
March 4-24—Inauguration Project
From March 4—March 24, lets engage in fasting and prayer towards this end. Like Elijah, lets be seated with Christ in the security of His intimacy and authority. Lets launch into this third year of Turnaround Tuesday like Elijah, seated with Christ and contending for our sons and daughters!
March 4, 1789 marks the date constitutional, representational governance in the US actually began—when the US Senate was first officially seated. For this reason, for 143 years following every US president was inaugurated on March 4.
March 24 marks the final day of Purim. Celebrating the date when Esther’s seating as queen exposed and overthrew Haman!
Please seek the Lord on how He desires to seat you with Him through these 21 days. Pray into what you feel He is calling you to draw close to him, and contend for your sons and daughters from a higher position in Christ. THE WINDOW NOW OPENS TO COME UP HIGHER.
