Lamplighter family this is truly urgent. As a watchman prophet over Washington DC, our friend Lynnie Harlow has earned the respect of many national leaders. Her insights often play out in the news within days or weeks. And when she calls us to pray, we do. 

Sam Brownback, who spearheads the International Religious Freedom Summit, is also very sensitive to the heart of God. He recently shared an insight on Iran that made my hair stand on end. For both Syria and Iran watchman prayer is immediately needed. PLEASE ENGAGE WITH US! 

Syria—Powder Keg About to Blow? Lynnie Harlow
Look the city of Damascus will DISAPPEAR! It will become a heap of ruins (Isaiah 17:1).

At the Hamill’s Home Group this week I saw a vision while we were praying over Syria and Iran. What I saw was an old-time powder keg and written on the front of it was TNT. I felt the Lord was showing me in the vision that there was a potential for this to become a massive and extended, area-wide powder keg that would blow up, if the Body of Christ does not pray! 

I prayed after sharing the vision with the Home Group and asked the Lord to pull out the wick that is trying to ignite the whole Middle East, and to let time stay aligned with GOD’S HOLY TIMING! As Jolene always says, tick tock to the holy clock. 

The following morning I heard in my spirit the words, “ALERT, ALERT!!!”  Then the Lord told me to go to Isaiah 17, not realizing this was where the scriptures were that related to the demise of Damascus. 

Damascus is one of the oldest cities in the world, and we are literally witnessing its collapse. The Syrian rebels have taken over radio stations, the airport, tv stations, and the royal palace. They have officially taken complete control of the city. Isaiah 17:3 says… “the royal power of Damascus will end!”  WE JUST SAW THAT HAPPEN!!! 

Could this be what Isaiah saw and prophesied? The fact that Assad fled to Russia for asylum is ominous in itself!

Here’s another warning. If we are in this time frame, Isaiah 17 also gives a warning to Israel saying, “in that day Israel’s glory will go dim.” We don’t want that to happen!

It goes on to say… “Listen! The armies of many nations roar like the roaring of the sea. Hear the thunder of the mighty forces as they rush forward like thundering waves. But though they thunder like breakers on a beach, God will silence them, and they will run away. They will flee like chaff scattered by the wind, like a tumbleweed whirling before a storm. In the evening Israel waits in terror, but by dawn its enemies are dead. This is a just reward of those who plunder us, a fitting end for those who destroy us.”

The Lord was quickening me to focus on prayer over HIS HOLY TIME CLOCK!! If Damascus is destroyed (or disappears) then this has much bigger implications for the Middle East. It sounds very much like the fringes of the Gog and Magog war. I don’t think we are there in time yet, however, I could be wrong. 

I think it is really important for you and me to pray for God’s HOLY timing! Pray for His will to be done in the Middle East and done in His perfect timing!!! As I decreed during Home Group over the Middle East… “SLOW DOWN”!!!

Lets pray that all plans from the enemy’s camp to speed up timing of things to come, before it is God’s divine timing, be deleted from the enemy’s appointment book. Pray we stay on God’s Holy Timeline!!! In Jesus’ Name.

Sam Brownback on Regime Change in Iran
Jon here. As we continue to pray over Syria we also need to pray over Iran. Specifically for regime change, according to Sam Brownback, an expert in the field.

“It’s not just now or never,” Brownback declared at a recent bipartisan Washington DC event. “IT’S NOW OR NUCLEAR!”

“There’s a real chance for regime change right now, that’s the only way you’re going to stop a nuclear weapon,” Brownback later shared with Fox News. 

As most Lamplighter readers know, the former senator and governor of Kansas served as President Trump’s Ambassador for Religious Freedom, and now spearheads the International Religious Freedom Summit. Lets continue to cover Sam in prayer and also this emerging situation in Iran.

Sen. Cory Booker also spoke at the event, hosted by the Organization for Iranian American Communities. “We have an obligation to stand together with allies in making sure this regime’s suppression will come to an end,” said the Democratic senator.
