The Lion Roared, the Hammer Dropped
LAST NIGHT PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP ANNOUNCED that US forces, in conjunction with Israel, obliterated Iran’s nuclear strongholds last night in what is now known as “Operation Midnight Hammer.” Then, with moistened eyes rarely seen in his public addresses, President Trump directed America and the world to a higher power than ours. “And I want to just thank everybody. And, in particular, God. I want to just say, we love you, God, and we love our great military. Protect them. God bless the Middle East. God bless Israel and God bless America.”
America is at war. The global balance of power has now changed. The number-one terrorist government, responsible directly for thousands of American deaths through the previous decades as well as thousands of Israeli deaths through their once-powerful proxies, is now barely functioning.
Let me put it another way. Through “Operation Rising Lion,” the predominantly Jewish nation of Israel, and the predominantly Christian nation of the United States, joined forces to take dow the most dangerous weaponization of antisemitism in the world.
The point of breakthrough was a midnight ride called “The Midnight Hammer,” directed by CENTCOM General Erik Kurilla, whom the Lamplighter family has been diligently praying.
The Lion has now roared. And the hammer has now dropped!
Targeted Mission to Take Down Antisemitism
We will share more tonight. But I don’t think it’s any coincidence that just one week before Israel began its strikes against Iran’s weaponized antisemitism, our Rescued Lampstand team culminated our multinational tour directed at taking down the stronghold of antisemitism within Christianity, from its very roots.
Our mission took us through Turkey on the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea, and then to the Covenant Land of Israel during the Feast of Pentecost or Shavuot. Shavuot celebrates God’s covenant with His people and His land. In a special covenant renewal service, we asked God to grant a divorce from this horrific reproach of antisemitism, or hatred of the Jewish people and land, as well as from greco-roman paganism.
Antisemitism is anti-covenant. And it is invariably sourced in idolatry.
Our mission ended in Re’im. This Gaza-area town became the nexus of the October 7 massacre by Hamas when the Nova music festival was savagely attacked. Iran both helped plan and resource these October 7 attacks, the largest mass murder of the Jewish people since the holocaust.
October 7 and the Dan. 7:22 Turnaround Verdict
And in Re’im, as we wept, prayed and worshiped, Holy Spirit spoke to me to lay claim to His Daniel 7:22 “turnaround verdict” with its inherent promises on behalf of His covenant people. This brought me to tears. Just months before the October 7 terror strike we had convened in Jerusalem on 7-22-2023 to warn of coming war. And we then prayed through Daniel’s decree, seeking the Lord for mercy for what’s ahead and for His turnaround.
When the October 7 massacre occurred, Jolene and I were hosting a “Spirit of Elijah” gathering with Jamie Fitt, Ed Watts, and Chris Mitchell in Abilene TX. The whole conference turned into a prayer movement for Israel.
And Ed Watts showed me something that stopped me in my tracks. I did not know how to process. Because on the Hebrew religious calendar, October 7, 2023 was actually the 7th month, 22nd day.
For the Lord to bring us to Re’im to culminate our tour, and then clearly direct me to claim the fullness of His Daniel 7:22 verdict of justice, broke me on that field.
And it is with this heart that we begin our vigil tonight from June 22 through July 22, 2025. Please join us!
