DEAR FRIENDS,
CALL 911. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 22 years since terrorists drove hijacked jetliners into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. Throughout various streams of the prophetic community, the sense of a pending emergency is palpable today. As you’ll discover in the video, many prophetic voices, including Lynnie Harlow as well as Jolene and myself, have received specific “911 warnings” for this hour.

Let me add one voice to the mix. Cindy Jacobs was on a second honeymoon with her husband Mike just a few weeks ago. In Maui, of all places. 

Keep in mind that the life of a prophet is often parabolic. For their 50th anniversary, Mike and Cindy planned a wedding renewal, followed by the dream honeymoon they didn’t get to have the first time around. Of course, when they made plans for Maui they never imagined that much of this American paradise would be devastated by a horrific fire by the time they arrived.

Less than two weeks ago, on Maui, Cindy awoke to the voice of the Lord speaking to her. “Call 911!” Was the imperative. Psalm 91 was emphasized. 

What is extraordinary is that this very word—Call 911— was given by Ceci and Dutch Sheets just a few weeks before the September 11 terror strikes. Quite literally as Dutch and a high-level team were crossing the Hudson River into New York as part of the Kettle Tour. None of us knew then that the spiritual intelligence given by the Lord was actually in real-time. We recounted this story in the book Turnaround Decrees. 

More on this in a moment. 

Now here’s something that will make your hair stand on end. This prayer journey called the Kettle Tour was launched from Williamsburg VA twenty-two years ago. Cindy had not been there since. That is, until the Lord spoke to her to gather the Reformation Prayer Network for its annual meeting in the historic colonial city. She and Mike chose to host the gathering last week, after returning from Maui.

Did I mention that during the Kettle Tour launch in Williamsburg, Cindy prayed and warned prophetically about terrorist strikes?

Call 911. This divine convergence makes one thing clear. The Lord is warning that we are in a similar hour to the moments just before September 11. A day in which the entire world changed. Beloved as we mark our remembrance, and honor those who have fallen, it’s time to pray. 

Below is Ceci Sheets’ prophetic experience, as recounted in Turnaround Decrees.

CALL 911! With Ceci Sheets’ Dream
NEW ERAS ARE OFTEN MARKED BY DEFINING EVENTS, both evil and good, which remain largely unperceived until they appear in the earth. The birth of Christ. The Protestant Reformation. The American Revolution. The rise of Hitler. The rebirth of Israel. The Jesus Revolution. The unleashing of the digital age. Or 911.

Most people barely grasp the significance of events while they are unfolding before their very eyes. But as custodians of Heaven’s closest secrets, God’s prophets are often shown epoch-defining events before they occur. Their words ahead of time provide context our busied hearts desperately need afterwards. And within their prophetic perspectives you will always find key decrees to gain His intended turnaround. 

Here’s one story. 

On September 11, 2001, Islamist terrorists thrust America and the world into a new era of history. Hijacked airplanes were turned into deadly missiles and thrust into the greatest symbols of America’s economic and military might. The Twin Towers of the World Trade Center exploded, then completely collapsed. The western wall of the Pentagon disintegrated. A total of 2,996 people died. And America responded by charging into a 20 year-long war. 

Approximately two weeks before 911, our friend Ceci Sheets, wife of Dutch Sheets, dreamed that she was pregnant. Before she could even grasp the news, she looked down and realized her pregnancy had suddenly come to full term. Ceci entered into travail, with nobody around to assist.

“Call 911! Call 911! Ceci exclaimed in the dream. “My baby is about to be born! And there is nobody to help deliver my child. The experts are needed at this time!”

The prescience of this dream, just days before September 11, is haunting. But when you realize Ceci’s husband Dutch was passing through New York City that very morning on a governmental prayer tour, the dream becomes a marker of history.

Dutch was leading a prayer journey called the Kettle Tour, focused on historic roots of awakening, covenant and government throughout the northeast. Dutch was strongly focused on two prophetic messages, the Isaiah 22:22 movement of Eliakim and governmental authority, and a movement of Acts 3:19 repentance and turnaround to release God’s intended destiny for our land. Not coincidentally, both messages are key for 2022 and beyond. 

A high level group of leaders and intercessors was selected for the team, including Lou Engle, Will Ford and others. I was honored to join as well. Little did I know that this journey would mark my own emergence into national prophetic ministry. The journey became a birthing for me. During the journey, the Lord gave me an impacting prophecy that turned out to be similar to Ceci’s dream in its prescience. I saw a coming “martyrs harvest” for New England and the nation. The Elijah List published the word on September 5, just six days before 911. More on this in a moment. 

We were leaving from New Jersey to New England when Ceci called to share the “Call 911” dream. In fact our team was exploring the meaning as our bus crossed the Hudson River on the Tappan Zee Bridge. I will never forget the moment when the New York skyscrapers came into view, with the Twin Towers forming a massive “11” above the others. None of us had any idea we were seeing the towers for the last time.

Call 911—The Meaning
Two decades later, the message from Ceci’s dream has vital keys for today. Lets start with a few obvious perceptions. 

First and foremost, the dream conveyed a real-time prophetic warning about the coming 9-11 attacks. We are moving into a season where real-time prophetic revelation must not only be accurately received, but accurately interpreted. Our very lives may depend on it.

A secondary purpose of the dream was to convey warnings about threats faced by our children. Both their innocence and their process of maturity must be guarded. I hope you can see how greatly God desires to preserve their destinies!

Travailing prayer brings to birth God’s covenant purposes. On a larger scale, the dream warned of peril in this process. We remain in a season of intense travail for what Abraham Lincoln termed “a new birth of freedom” for our land. Yet as in the days of Pharaoh and Herod, our most powerful enemies now stand at the very gateways of America’s birth canal, seeking to abort the freedom movement God is bringing forth. Experts are needed to protect the child!

Maybe that’s why, from the moment Ceci conveyed the dream, Dutch focused on Psalm 91 as a primary promise being released to God’s people. Dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, gaining deliverance from the snare of the trapper and the deadly pestilence. A companion verse is Amos 9:11, which conveys the potential for God’s protection on a national level through the restoration of the Tabernacle of David. We’ll dive into both passages as the chapter culminates.

But on the most basic level, 911 is a call for help in an emergency. The “Call 911” dream conveys the urgent need to immediately pray, to cry out for intervention until it comes. Hopefully before it’s too late.
