DEAR MEGIDDO WARRIORS,
MANY REPORTS SAY WAR IS IMMINENT between Israel and Hezbollah. For two nights straight, northern Israel has burned. Missiles from Hezbollah have ignited fires in the Golan Heights, Kiryat Shmona, Upper Galilee, and the major tourist destination Tiberias. Apparently Hezbollah forces temporarily knocked out Israel’s northern alert system in a cyberattack, so warning sirens have remained largely silent.. 

All this is transpiring as the nation celebrates Jerusalem Day, the 57th anniversary of Jerusalem’s reunification under Israeli sovereignty. 

Even Afula was struck in a missile attack. The town is pretty deep into Israel, resting between Tel Megiddo or and Nazareth in the Jezreel Valley. A very strategic airbase is nearby. 

The Armageddon Clock
These actions bring to mind Jolene’s Armageddon vision from December 9, 2022. From Tel Megiddo she saw a grandfather clock hovering over the Jezreel Valley. The hands of the clock were at ten minutes to midnight. Obviously we are a lot closer to midnight now. 

When we visited Tel Megiddo that December, Chuck Pierce had just received a vision of a boiling pot. He prophesied that the entire prophetic movement would shift on December 10, the day following our time at Tel Megiddo. That was the date we had planned for the prophetic action to pick up the “Spirit of Elijah” mantle by the Jordan River. It was so powerful! 

But from Tel Megiddo, looking out across the Jezreel Valley, we prayed into another aspect of Chuck’s visionary warning. In Jeremiah 1 the prophet sees a boiling pot facing towards Israel from the northern border. 

“And the word of the Lord came to me a second time, saying, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see a boiling pot, facing away from the north” (towards the south). Then the Lord said to me, “Out of the north the evil will be unleashed on all the inhabitants of the land…” (Jer. 1:13-15).

The coming war may not be the complete fulfillment of this scripture. But as you know, the Hebraic concept of time is cyclical. The warning is legit for right now.

Lamplighter’s 17th Anniversary!
Tomorrow, June 6, marks Jolene and my 17th anniversary of full-time ministry. Eighteen years ago Bob Jones prophesied to us to be very attentive to where we are on June 6, 2007 because on that date God is shifting the body of Christ from the wilderness to the Spirit. He told us this was a reward to the body on the 40th anniversary of Jerusalem’s restoration under Israel, celebrated by Jerusalem Day. He did not want to give a direct prophecy, but had a sense we were to step into full-time ministry by that date. 

Jolene and I were obedient to the heavenly vision. In preparation we saved a lot and sowed a lot into the Kingdom. Honestly with a bit of reluctance, I transitioned out of my amazing job with the Department of Homeland Security, where I had resourced the National Emergency Training Center through graphic design and photography. It was my most favorite job I ever had. 

In a moment of doubt, I inquired of the Lord if leaving DHS was really necessary. I heard the Lord say in reply, “The Nation needs you.” And that was all it took.

Thank you Lamplighter family for standing with us, supporting us, praying for us through these 17 years. We have made history together. Glory! And even amidst many challenges, we know the best is yet ahead.
