DEAR FRIENDS,
TICK TOCK TO THE HOLY CLOCK. On January 22, 1973, almost 50 years ago, the US Supreme Court came into agreement with hell itself to form a covenant with death over nation through nationally legalized abortion. Today’s March for Life in Washington DC bears witness both to the millions of children whose lives were cut short, and God’s covenant faithfulness in answering our accumulated pleas.

Against all odds, on June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court finally came into agreement with Heaven’s Court. Covenant with death and hell annulled! 

Not coincidentally, the decision was handed down on a date many many in the body of Christ celebrate the birth of John the Baptist. A man who came in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, the hearts of the children to the fathers, and to turn a covenant nation literally to their God. 

This is how John the Baptist was mantled to prepare the way for Jesus. In this season you have been mantled for this same cause. You have been mantled for LIFE!

2023—RECLAIMING YOUR STATE FOR LIFE
IT IS NOW TIME TO RECLAIM YOUR STATE FOR LIFE. The strategies may vary from state to state. But the mandate is clear. Friends and colleagues, ministry leaders and ministry supporters, we have only a limited time to take advantage of this national window of opportunity. 

Take Minnesota, for example. Just yesterday the state was supposed to hold a vote to legalize abortion even beyond the point of birth. That’s infanticide, friends. Amazingly, thanks in part to fierce intercession by HAPN/RPN state leader Karen Kruger, Lori Perz and others, the vote was postponed until Monday or early next week. 

Why? Apparently a senator wanted extra time to be with her NEWBORN GRANDDAUGHTER. You seriously make this stuff up…

Karen Kruger is calling for three days of fasting and prayer. Lori Perz texted me that “God in His mercy gave us MORE TIME! Our state is in an Esther moment right now with this genocidal decree. As we pray and fast with the King’s signet ring, we will WRITE A NEW DECREE for LIFE that will override whatever vote is taken on Monday! And the Hamans will hang on their own gallows…” 

Lets join their prayer surge. From state to state and from Washington DC, lets surround Minnesota and stand with Karen and her team FOR LIFE! And lets come into covenant with the Lord over our own spheres as well.

HAPN—LEGACY NOW SHAPING DESTINY
A FIERCE WOMAN SWINGING A HAMMER lunged at me on 12-12-2012, upending our ministry session at the annual HAPN conference. Somehow the ushers just let her pass. I guess because, even more astonishingly, the crazed woman with the hammer was then serving as an HAPN state leader. 

Which meant I had to be nice to her. Even as she smacked the microphone right out of my hand. 

The words that came from Sandy Newman’s mouth astonished me even more than her actions. Here’s a summation. Jolene and I are being summoned as Hanukkah warrior Judah Maccabee was in his hour—to reclaim lost heritage, restore God’s lampstand, and re-establish His covenant. Judah Maccabee means PRAISE HAMMER. She prophesied Jolene and I were to take the first 21 days of January 2013 for fasting and prayer in Washington DC, with a nightly watch from midnight through 3am to hammer through to breakthrough. Because beginning on January 22, 2013, the 40th anniversary of Roe v Wade, IT WAS TIME TO RECLAIM LIFE IN OUR NATION!

As mentioned, a decade later, while we engage in another 21-day vigil, we can celebrate the fact that THE COVENANT WITH DEATH HAS BEEN ANNULLED! What a way to celebrate the 50th anniversary! As mentioned, it is now time to RECLAIM YOUR STATE FOR LIFE.

Back in 2013, our nights of midnight prayer in Washington DC were greatly brightened by the engagement of Matt Lockett and his JHOP-DC team. Matt would bring a blender full of unknown vegetables, which he would invariably transform into a slimy green liquid to generously share with our combined team. It seemed to multiply miraculously, because somehow there was always some left over. 

In Matt’s mind this heavenly sustenance was holy fuel for our midnight vigil. It definitely heightened our desperation. But that’s not my point. We all owe a debt of gratitude to Matt and Kim Lockett and JHOP-DC. Their persevering vigil over the Supreme Court has truly changed the course of history!

Exodus 1:22—LIFE DECREE
During the final week of the watch, Matt Lockett and Jason Hershey both mentioned to me the eerie parallel between Exodus 1:22 and 1-22-1973, the date when this covenant with death was governmentally sealed by the Supreme Court. The verse documents how Pharaoh mandated the death of the firstborn of all Israel. It was horrifying to see how the reign of Pharaoh’s idolatrous bloodshed had been invoked to frame the legalization of abortion in America! 

This initiated for me a series of revelatory downloads. I saw how nationally legalized abortion established a literal covenant with death and hell (Isaiah 28), fueled by the idolatry of Baal worship and empowering this principality’s subjugation of our nation. 

I also discovered that, when God was about to deal with Pharaoh and free His people, He first convened Heaven’s Court. “And the sons of Israel groaned because of the bondage… So God HEARD their groaning; and God REMEMBERED His covenant” (Exodus 2:23-25). The Hebrew word for “heard” is “shama” in Hebrew, and can actually convey a courtroom hearing! God presented the cries of His people as testimony in Heaven’s Court. He then issued a verdict that still rocks the world today. LET MY PEOPLE GO!

This revelation was a game-changer. Until this time I had believed the current movements of repentance and unceasing prayer were all that was necessary to turn abortion. But Holy Spirit showed me that to overthrow abortion, we needed to convene Heaven’s Court and legally address the idolatry behind it. 

A strategy became clear. It was time to divorce Baal onsite at every known abortion clinic in our nation, just as HAPN and RPN had done with every known altar of idolatry. 

Of course, Apostle John Benefiel had already facilitated this within his own state of Oklahoma. Therefore it was no coincidence that Oklahoma was leading the nation in gaining freedom from abortion. When we talked about releasing a nationwide initiative, Apostle John told me about Chuck Pierce’s prophecy that abortion would be nationally overthrown from Oklahoma. Launching this initiative from Oklahoma to the nation seemed at least a partial fulfillment.

The Lord also showed me a scroll conveying His verdict over nationally legalized abortion. What came to be known as the LIFE DECREE was to be presented as an amendment to the Divorce Decree from Baal. We were excited that Apostle John called for the Life Decree to be declared alongside the Divorce Decree from Baal at every known altar of abortion. I believe it is still a key declaration as the battle shifts to each state. 

What was the result? In 2013, this initiative helped catalyze the most comprehensive turnaround on abortion since Roe v Wade. More clinics closed that year than any other year. And late-term abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell was brought to court over his practice of inducing labor in his patients, and then killing their babies after they were born. He was convicted of murder. And media coverage awakened the Nation.

And reading the Life Decree today, it is astonishing how these declarations are being fulfilled before our very eyes. We are shifting from a covenant of death to God’s covenant of LIFE!

LIFE DECREE: AMENDMENTS TO DECREE OF DIVORCE FROM BAAL

THE HIGHEST COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF:

THE PEOPLE OF GOD, Plaintiff, versus THE PRINCIPALITY OF BAAL (Incl. Baal, Queen of Heaven, Leviathan), Defendant,

INASMUCH AS the Court of Heaven has commissioned a hearing to render a verdict on abortion in the United States on the 40th anniversary of its legalization; and having considered the testimony of the Plaintiff as well as the cries even of the unborn; Let the record show that the following Amendments to the Baal Divorce Decree have hereby been rendered by the Supreme Judge regarding the abortion of unborn children:

1. “Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your pact with Sheol shall not stand” (ref:Isaiah 28:18). The Court finds that, in accordance with the Plaintiff’s unwavering plea for the blood of Jesus Christ to cover the sins of this Nation; and in accordance with the verdicts in both the Decree of Divorce from Baal and the Declaration of Covenant of Marriage to the Lord Jesus Christ; that the covenant with death empowered by nationally legalized abortion is hereby annulled.

2. Whereas the principality of Baal, the Defendant in this matter, demands the systematic sacrifice of innocent blood for the empowerment of his rulership and deception; and whereas this principality has heretofore accessed the unjust bloodshed from abortion for these said means; and whereas the life and blood of each unborn child is claimed by their true Father and purchased with the blood of His Son; therefore the Court finds that all claims by the Defendant to perpetuate this covenant with death through nationally legalized abortion are hereby rescinded.

3. The Court finds that the restraining order previously issued against the Defendant and for the Plaintiff in the Divorce Decree from Baal is extended to include restraining the Defendant’s access to all unjust bloodshed from nationally legalized abortion. This restraining order applies to the principality of Baal and all its vast extensions, not limited to but including the Queen of Heaven, Lilith, Leviathan, Set, etc.

4. The Court finds that the unborn are innocent of any sin or crime, and are counted as martyrs of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Court retains full responsibility to execute judgment to avenge the blood of these martyrs as deemed appropriate by the Supreme Judge. The Court also recognizes that those persuaded to abort their children do so based on varying personal motivations, heavily influenced by lies and deceit by the Defendant; and the Court stands ready to grant full clemency and restoration to all who earnestly seek forgiveness. This Court clarifies its position based on the unanimous request of children once entrusted to their earthly mothers and fathers.

5. After reviewing the founding legal documents of the United States of America, the Court finds that the legalization of abortion (ref:Roe v Wade) is a clear violation of both its laws and National legitimacy. “All men are created equal and have been endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights—that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” The rights of humans are clearly conferred at creation, not birth. The unborn are thus entitled to the covenantal protection of Life.

6. False weights and dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord, and the Court finds that lies and deceit are purposefully and consistently employed to deny justice to the unborn. Therefore all judgments recorded in Isaiah 28 pertaining to covenants with death empowering deception are to be executed against the principality of Baal, its vast extensions, and human principals who remain in covenant with this principality. 

7. “Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin” (ref:Daniel 5). The Court cites its previous verdict re:Belshazzar, king of Babylon, in the issuance of a restraining order against the human principals who remain aligned with the Defendant and resolved to perpetuate abortion. The name Belshazzar is defined as Baal protecting kingship. “You have been weighed in the scales and found wanting. God has numbered your days of rulership and brought it to an end.” This is God’s verdict on abortion, and His deadlines have been set.
