First—thank you all who watched and prayed for us and HAPN this weekend. My perception is that as a group we were unified, precise and effective. Jason Hershey and YWAM DC first received the vision to pray for our embassies, and birthed the vision amidst 45 days of prayer and fasting. We have truly been made strong by what every joint supplies!
Purim Plea
We are moving toward Purim. Remember how Chuck Pierce asked us all to pray regarding Iran and the threat of war. It’s probably not a coincidence that last week Israel discovered and confiscated a large cache of Iranian long-range missiles being smuggled into Gaza—just as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was visiting the White House. These missiles are capable of hitting not only Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, but even Haifa, in the extreme north of the nation.
Gaza… New Jersey?
Most of you know that Israel is about the same size as New Jersey. So imagine for a moment if the Gaza Strip actually existed in the “liberty and prosperity” state…
Cape May, NJ—Coast Guard agents intercepted another Iranian fishing boat carrying long-range missiles at the entrance to the Delaware Bay this morning. According to officials, the missiles are capable of striking Washington DC, Philadelphia and New York City from Hamas’ base on the coast of southern New Jersey.
An unidentified passenger openly confessed to a terrorist plot targeting these three cities. “Your evil Congress Dome will crumble, your economy will fail, just as the Iron Dome you fund for Israel will fail!” he shouted while being led away in handcuffs. “And we will flatten your city of brotherly love!”
Congressional leaders from both parties threatened sanctions against the Gaza neighborhood if these shipments continue. The Gaza Supreme Council leader immediately issued a response. “Sanctions? This is unheard of,” he thundered.“We are a sovereign nation within New Jersey, and our rights are protected!”
Meanwhile, campus protests in Philadelphia against alleged Israeli apartheid continued unabated, despite the emerging security threats…
Terror by Proximity
Just so we’re clear on distances, Gaza is actually only 48 miles from Jerusalem, about the same distance as the Pentagon is from Fort McHenry in Baltimore, MD. Imagine a terrorist base legally operating in what is almost a suburb of our nation’s Capitol! If such a base existed, how long do you think it would be tolerated?
Further, if long-range missiles were being smuggled into our very boundaries to strike our cities, would we not consider this an act of war? What if the nation threatening America actually had nuclear capacities?
It goes without saying that we need to pray for Israel—this week of Purim especially. And we need to continue vigilance in prayer for America, including our military bases, embassies and consulates around the world.
Further, we ned to keep praying for the Hamans of our world to be exposed—and for people to actually care and take action when they are. This is really the key.
So—we encourage you to pray through the Purim Decree (released Saturday) for America and Israel. Pray this decree also for your family, your work, your cities. And lets together keep watch through this vital season. Covenant blessings to each of you!
I was awakened Sunday morning on March 2nd at 4:44 am to begin prayer. Sometime after 7:00 am I went into intense travail when suddenly the Pentegon appeared in my minds eye as if I were positioned on the 19th floor with Jon and Jolene. I then heard the Lord say to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Then I heard, “winds of war” I immediately knew this was a premature push from the enemy especially with Russia moving into the Ukraine. I then saw the Empire State building and and I heard the Lord say, “I will bring New York State to its knees.” Chuck Pierce released a word about New York on Saturday March 1st. My travail was a sounding alarm of intense vibrating sound like a siren to wake up the watchmen on the wall. I am confident that this missile find is a direct answer to that morning travail….
