I have never met Neville Johnson. As a prophet, he seems… well… different.

Like how he warned for years that the American real estate market was going to topple and set off a global economic slowdown. Then the American real estate market toppled, setting off a global economic slowdown.

So when the following email came across my desk on July 4, I shuddered. On the very day we started our “Dire Straits Prayer Project,” Neville warned about a coming war. Below are excerpts. Please use this as a catalyst for prayer!

Neville Johnson on Coming War–Excerpts from July 4 Posting
A devastating war is about to break out very soon. Initially it will begin in the Middle East but its impact will soon be felt around the whole world. The war itself may last for a very short time but the ultimate results of it may have eternal repercussions. This is a very decisive moment for mankind. The Church MUST WAKE UP NOW to the serious time in which we live. Unfortunately this war will definitely happen for two reasons.

1. It is predicted and described in the Bible (Psalm 83, Zechariah 12 and other references.
2. Because the Islamic nations that launch the attack are fanatically determined to carry out the attack for the purpose of “liberating Palestine” for Allah and Islam.

Certain Results Accruing From The Attack
1. It will certainly happen.
2. It will happen very soon.
3. Israel will emerge victoriously with God’s supernatural help.
4. The world’s circumstances will change dramatically and irrevocably.
5. Islam will be severely wounded but not eliminated.
6. Yahweh will pour out His Holy Spirit on Israel.
7. Israel will be transformed spiritually, politically and economically.
8. The whole prophetic future for Israel, the Church, Islam and the world will be amazingly transformed.

This predicted attack on Israel will become a world changing moment in human history.  Certain events that are currently happening now and in the immediate future are transpiring currently in Egypt and Iran.

Message from Egypt
Addressing the world at his recent inauguration, Egyptian President Morsi proclaimed “a message of peace as well as righteousness and justice.” He repeated his pledge to uphold Egypt’s treaty obligations, implicitly including its pact with Israel. (This part of the speech was obviously for international consumption, although the underlying, subliminal message is also clear).

In the same speech he also declared: “I say from here that Egypt is with the Palestinian people,” he said. “We will work for reconciliation until they unite and get their rights.”

Message from Iran
During The Same Week Another Message Was Heard, This Time From Iran. Iran’s Message To The World:”IRAN: THERE WILL BE WAR, AND WE WILL WIN” Posted: June 30, 2012 in Uncategorized

“Just days after the breakdown of talks with the West over Iran’s nuclear program, the deputy chief commander of the Revolutionary Guards announced that there soon will be war – and that Allah will ensure his forces are victorious, reports Reza Kahlili, the former Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps officer who later turned and became a double agent against Iran for the CIA.

“General Hossein Salami, in a televised interview, boasted that, ‘Iran has complete control of all the enemy’s interests around the world and is on a path to reach equivalency with world powers.’ The commander emphasized that Iran’s nuclear program is irreversible, the Islamic Republic News Agency reported. Salami said war is inevitable, and the Iranian forces are ready. ‘The Guards’ operational plan includes a radius of deterrence in the region in which all interests of the enemy have been identified, and in case of war, those interests will be attacked.’ The Revolutionary Guards have more than 1,000 ballistic missiles capable of reaching all U.S. bases in the region, all of Israel and some capitals in Europe. In collaboration with China and North Korea, they are also working on intercontinental ballistic missiles.”

Egyptian President–Jihad is our Path! (May 13th 2012)
In a recently posted video on the MEMRI.org website, we can see a speech that the Muslim Brotherhood senior leader turned new President of Egypt Mohamed Morsi gave in Cairo on May 13, 2012 in which he declared: “The Koran is our constitution. The Prophet Muhammad is our leader. Jihad is our path. And death for the sake of Allah is our most lofty aspiration.”

Then, Morsi proclaims “This nation will enjoy blessing and revival only through the Islamic sharia [law].” He adds: “I take an oath before Allah and before you all that regardless of the actual text [of the current Egyptian constitution], Allah willing, the text will truly reflect sharia law, as will be agreed upon by the Egyptian people, by the Islamic scholars, and by legal and constitutional experts. Rejoice and rest assured that these people will not accept a text that does not reflect the true meaning of the Islamic sharia as a text to be implemented and as a platform. The people will not agree to anything else.”

Isaiah 19: God’s Prophecy Regarding Egypt’s Future
Egypt will be involved in the attack against Israel and Jerusalem (Psalm 83:6). Yahweh Sabaoth will respond and overwhelmingly defeat Egypt (Isaiah 19) but in the end He will send a savior who will rescue and redeem them, bringing them to Himself. From Isaiah 19:
16 In that day the Egyptians will be as weak as women. They will cower in fear beneath the upraised fist of the LORD Almighty.
17 Just to speak the name of Israel will strike deep terror in their hearts, for the LORD Almighty has laid out his plans against them.
18 In that day five of Egypt’s cities will follow the LORD Almighty. They will even begin to speak the Hebrew language. One of these will be Heliopolis, the City of the Sun.
19 In that day there will be an altar to the LORD in the heart of Egypt, and there will be a monument to the LORD at its border.
20 It will be a sign and a witness to the LORD Almighty in the land of Egypt. When the people cry to the LORD for help against those who oppress them, he will send them a savior who will rescue them.  NLT

A decisive battle will soon be launched against Israel by all her near neighbours plus Iran (Psalm 83 and Zechariah 12). It will be an extremely decisive attack that will alter the whole world’s future. The Church must be ready for this attack, and its amazing aftermath.
