Jolene and I are always eager to receive Randy Demain’s prophetic insights for the year. We are honored to consider Randy a mentor and a friend.

Through the years, many of his prophetic themes have run parallel to ours. But this year, the trend is exceptional, confirming so many things. This word, just posted on Randy’s website, is worth a thorough reading. Lamplighter family, please note the emphasis on the pilgrim covenant, the lampstand, the Emancipation Proclamation, the Civil War and Revolution. These current themes will be so significant as the year unfolds.

Best of all, Sarah’s womb gives birth! I know, you’re probably tired of hearing it… but we really are in a new birth of freedom.

YEAR OF THE COUNCIL OF THE LORD
Turning Sorrows into Joy!
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, to the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever”  (Psalm 30:11-12).

This year will begin to see spiritual and natural change for the better in the lives of many believers. It is a time of unyoking, a time of exchange to take on the yoke of the Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 11:28-30). It is good to know change for the better in the Church is coming.

James 4:6,10 “tells us who will experience the exchange”: Verse 4; “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
Verse 10;” Humble yourself in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up.“

The activity of the Lord among the humble is to “lift us up!” In the midst of chaotic times the action of the Lord is to lift up His Church, His Bride and Sons. A refreshing is coming to those who have been waiting upon the Lord.

New Era Church–Humble, Becoming Free from Leaven
The past few years have been difficult and challenging as believers have come to terms with the desire and need for change, an awakening has come to pursue the greater things of the Lord. The New Era Church, the Church of ever increasing glory is destined to arise out of a time of refining and sifting.

This has been occurring among a remnant group hungry for the greater expression of Christ. Choosing between the wide gate and the narrow gate has resulted in many recognizing the presence of the bloating operation of the leaven of the Scribes, Pharisees and Herod keeping them from entering in the narrow way. Removing this leaven has come front and center.

Where is the Lord lifting us? The prophet Isaiah declares; “For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy”: “I dwell in the high and holy place with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones”.  (Isaiah 57:15).

Words in Play–2010, 2011
Regarding prophecies for this year, they come once again in the context of the decade. Thus the words spoken since 2010 are still moving in our expectancy and faith to their fullness. This is a decade of distinction as we move from seasons of change into dimensions that remain.

With that understanding, I feel it is necessary to review two words in particular that have come into our daily experience at this time. In 2011, my newsletter recorded the emerging of states seceding from the union in the United States of America and the restoration of the Hallelujah menorah, the lamp stand of the Lord.

Regarding the separation of the states: This has come into reality for all 50 states filing a petition to secede from the union. This is perfectly inline with the vision from 2011. In that vision I saw only the 13 original colonies together contending for resolution and reconciliation. As of this date, six states have acquired the 25,000 signatures needed for a nonbinding ballot. As of this writing Washington DC has said “NO”.

Heart Cry for Freedom! 1776, 1860
In my encounter this year (latter end of 2012) I saw the numbers 1776 and 1860 and heard the words; “heart cry for freedom” I then saw people bent low on an American flag under the weight of the current political/social climate.

I looked up the significance of the dates to discover the prominence of the Revolutionary and Civil wars. Both wars were a cry for freedom from tyranny (Please get my 2013 prophetic outlook DVD/CD for a full discussion). The desire to secede from the union will continue to gain momentum in the days ahead.

Covenant Movement–New Emancipation Proclamation
At this point I was reminded of the covenant of the pilgrims over this land with God and the pledge of allegiance to the REPUBLIC… one nation under God… indivisible…

While the states may accomplish cessation for a period of time to prove their point, a move will come to satisfy the masses. A total of 11 states seceded after the election of Lincoln, 50 states filed for a petition after the election of Obama.  A declaration of a type of an emancipation proclamation fit for the times will restore the nation and the intent of God and man in covenant with Him.

Lampstand Restoration–Council of God!
Regarding the Lamp stand of the Lord: this is the year of Psalm 113, the restoration of the branch representing the Spirit of Council. As more of the lamp stand is restored, representing the restoration of the overcomer in the light and the 7 Spirits of God, the issues of the lamp stand of the Church of Pergamum will be dealt with as well by the release of council. Study out the following scriptures: Jeremiah 23:18, Ps. 73:24, Prov. 19:20-21. and Is. 45:11. Isaiah 45:11 is a call for prophetic intercession and proclamation!

The Lord will also be releasing counsel through dreams and visions as He did for Mary, Joseph and the Apostle Paul. The council will come in this form because it will be contrary to conventional wisdom and traditional expectations. Those who take heed will avoid much trouble and bring forth great fruitfulness unto the Lord.

As evil continues to ramp up to fulfill the word of the Lord “as it was in the days of Noah…” (Luke 17:26), we will see evil super naturalism increase beyond what we have currently known, especially in the Americas. Other Utterances

1. The womb of Sarah: In a vivid encounter, the Spirit of the Lord told me to look at the church as He did the womb of Sarah, the womb that would birth the sons of promise. He said to begin to speak over the church as he did Abraham and Sarah, calling those things that are not as though they are. The Lord will visit her after she has faith to conceive, and the mature sons of God shall come forth and be raised up.

2. Rhythms of Grace: The Lord is bringing forth a new sound, not from the captives, rather the overcomer that will issue forth from the midst of their being as they see the Lord high and lifted up. A new sound and emphasis of Praise is coming.

3. Austin Texas: In a brief moment the Lord revealed to me a people and a place in Austin that would experience a refreshing visitation of the Lord. He said there are many other places just like this across the country, a place where people are relentless in the pursuit of His presence and glory.

4. California: The Lord said “The golden gate is open” He said an exodus of people will leave the golden state beginning this year. For the righteous remnant who remain, the golden gate of grace and mercy is open for the Lord to rain down righteousness and justice up his Saints.

5. Fishermen to hunters: A tactical change will begin this year in harvest strategies. Rather than fish in large bodies of waters, strategies will be given to target certain people groups and regions for harvest as the Lord directs us to the fields ripe for harvest. (Jer. 16:16)

6. Renew a steadfast spirit in me: The Lord gives the invitation to renew. He shared how many have faithfully served over the years, yet become weary. Some have stepped aside while the others go out to battle. But your purpose and calling is not over. It is time for a fresh consecration unto the Lord. Out of this will come an effective time of teaching, ministering and converting the wayward unto the Lord.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God and renew a steadfast spirit in me. Do not cast me from your presence, and do not take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of your salvation and uphold me with Your generous Spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners shall be converted to You.” (Psalms 15:10-13).

7. Apostolic reformation: Present stirrings will draw the true Apostles out for identification and confirmation as the need for order, structure and truth arise in the emerging new era church.

8. Favor on missionaries: The Lord declares and increase in favor on missionaries and toward those who are moving in benevolent ministries toward the widows, orphans, oppressed and disenfranchised. Doors of favor, provision and salvation will swing wide. A strengthening over those who are currently in these ministries and a jump start for those entering these ministries will now begin.

9. New model mentoring movement: A new movement is arising out of purity and purpose to equip and train believers for fruitful, effective spiritual lives. Under seasoned spiritual fathers and mothers who are moved by passion and not by profit will give over their lives to train up a generation. These mentoring models will be more personal and smaller, concentrating on a few rather than multitudes. It will look similar to the 12 model of Jesus and his disciples. Some models may be larger as gifting and capacity allows. However, I heard the number 120. This is the same number limit I heard a few years ago about the Austin 120. A group who walked so closely with the Lord that their activity and presence wherever they ministered literally changed the culture and environment.

10. The testimony of Jesus: The Lord said to begin to discern and measure prophecy by its redemptive content and value. By doing so, one can discern the true and false/misguided prophet. God’s New Testament prophecy always carries a redemptive aspect. He said “My words are Spirit and life, I have come to redeem and not condemn. My word is severe and just, yet My mercy will triumph over judgment to all who seek Me, all who humble themselves and call upon My Name. I came to seek and to save; I only destroy the works of the evil one, not my loved ones”.

11. Entertain angels unaware: Speaking from Hebrews 13, the writer exhorts us to “Let brotherly love continue”. This reveals that those who love their brothers regardless of their ability or station in life will experience angelic visitors. Angels hang around those who LOVE.

12. New breed of Pastors: The Holy Spirit spoke of a new breed of Pastors arising that will speak and minister the gospel of the Kingdom of God. So effective will be their ministry that the people under their care will have need of nothing and will not fear. This new breed will expose false prophets and ministries who sift the flock by their fears. See Jeremiah Chapter 23.

13. Acts 2013 awakening: As the Apostolic ministry and movement increases, those in cults and the occult will no longer be able to resist or overcome them. This will result in their conversion.

These are the words and utterances of 2013, please read them in light of Psalms 113 for greater depth and understanding. Prepare for a resurgence of Praise and Joy!

Geopolitical Shift
As an addendum to the 2013 word, I feel as though I must put this on the outlook as well. I hesitated putting it out because of a sense of timing and the implications. Also this insight came by way of sensing and knowing in my spirit rather than the usual ways the Lord speaks to me. After I had written the 2013 letter, the Lord prompted me to include this understanding of the times.

Major shift in the world’s geo-political power. Psalms 113 declares “From the rising of the sun to it’s going down the Lords Name is to be praised.”  From this scripture I saw dimly a shift in power that began late last fall. Issuing forth from the release of greater evil super-naturalism on the earth, the powers of darkness are fighting amongst themselves for position and power.

This fighting has caused evil to over play their hand to some degree. We will see this over play for power come out in the media in terms of scandals and conspiracies. The truth behind many manifestations of evil worldwide will become known, resulting in exposure of major figures in politics and power. This will result in a shift of power from the West to the East, from the rising of sun (SON). AS people of the earth see what has been going on behind the scenes, they will rejoice in the justice of God and the Liberty of His Kingdom. I fear the Lord too much not to print this.
