DEAR FRIENDS,
Please join us tonight as we conclude the National Day of Prayer with two vital prayer calls, back to back. We are building an altar of mercy to the Lord! 

From President Trump today:
“In our times of greatest need, Americans have always turned to prayer to help guide us through trials and periods of uncertainty… I ask you to join me in a day of prayer for all people who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic and to pray for God’s healing hand to be placed on the people of our Nation. As one Nation under God, we are greater than the hardships we face, and through prayer and acts of compassion and love, we will rise to this challenge and emerge stronger and more united than ever before.  May God bless each of you, and may God bless the United States of America.”

These words from President Trump’s Proclamation on the National Day of Prayer infused hope and strength into the heart of our land. 

Amazingly, CBN “Jerusalem Dateline” anchor Chris Mitchell visited the Western Wall for a special segment. From the very threshing floor where the plague stopped during David’s day, Chris prayed and presented to the Lord both the Proclamation by President Trump and the directive from Virginia leader Chris Mitchell Jr’s post “The Plague Stops at the Threshing Floor.” 

Placing the paper in the folds of the rocks, he then prayed for the plague to cease. It was an absolutely unforgettable moment.

Early Tuesday morning, Chris Mitchell Jr, an apostolic leader from Virginia Beach, was awakened with a prophetic directive regarding the coronavirus. In David’s day a national plague stopped at the threshing floor as the King led his nation in prayer. David built an altar there. He called on God for mercy. God responded in a stunning manner. The plague stopped.

Lets ask for the same beginning tonight.

Note that very threshing floor became the foundation for Solomon’s Temple. God’s promise at its consecration: “… If I send PESTILENCE among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I WILL HEAR from heaven, will forgive their sin and will HEAL THEIR LAND” (2 Chron. 7:13-14). 

Please note this. As we align with the Lord correctly, He actually promises He will do it again!!!

It all begins with the One Voice Prayer Movement Call from 8-9pm. Followed immediately by a special Lamplighter call, with Chris Mitchell and Rick Ridings praying from Jerusalem, teams onsite establishing His altar throughout Washington DC, and key leaders and friends doing the same across the nation. 

We will close with special communion with Briskilla Zananiri—live from Nazareth, Israel, where Jesus was conceived. A full-circle moment! Together we will present to the Lord a covenant altar, an altar of mercy, and seek the Lord to stop the plague of our day.
