Decisive Ruling—Consitution Violated by Obama on Recess Appointments
From USA TODAY:
“WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court dealt a blow to the powers of the presidency Thursday, ruling decisively that President Obama violated the Constitution by going around the Senate to name key labor and financial watchdogs.
“Resolving a longstanding battle between the two other branches of government, the justices declared invalid key “recess appointments” made by Obama in 2012 when the Senate was holding only pro-forma sessions every three days…”
The Supreme Court also overturned a law by the State of Massachusetts that had created a “buffer zone” around abortion centers. Huge!
Lets thank the Lord Jesus Christ for these breakthrough verdicts! The implications are quite literally seismic. Jolene and I are so grateful for all who have joined in prayer for the Supreme Court in this season. As we shared in the “Unshakeable Throne” word for 2014, we personally have felt the burden of the Lord to see the separation of powers mandated by the Constitution upheld THIS YEAR, curbing a slide into dictatorship.

And now, as prophesied, we’re at a turning point. Judgment has literally been rendered today in favor of the saints.
LISTEN—lets celebrate, but lets also remember the warning the Lord gave last week to keep watchful against sabotage EVEN THROUGH APPARENT VICTORIES. Please stop right now and pray for the Supreme Court and for our government as a whole. More decisions are pending, including the “Hobby Lobby” challenge to the ObamaCare contraception mandate.
