PROPHETIC RELEASE… IN REAL TIME! That’s what occurred this weekend at Rock Road Chapel in Berne (Albany) NY. The bulls broke loose!
For context, on Wednesday, February 24 I released a dream the Lord had given me just the night before. The post was called “State of the Union, State of Trump.” The first dream I shared was about a bull walking through a tunnel towards me. I felt the Lord was speaking about two things. First, we’re about to see the emergence of a bull market. Second, the Lord is releasing the might of His breakers!
The dream is below. And what happened at the church became a crazy confirmation.
WHEN THE BULLS BROKE LOOSE
Rock Road Chapel is on beautiful farmland, and is actually pastored by a farmer—the legendary Jay Francis. Jolene and I were walking back towards the mission house after Saturday night service when we heard what sounded like a stampede.
Then we saw the stampede.
Bulls from a neighboring farm broke loose from their stall that night. And they had all but surrounded the missions house! I was behind Jolene, and saw her dart in the door with lightning speed. On the other side of her were two very large steer, looking straight at me.
I chose a side entrance. Immediately!
What are the chances we would experience a bull breakout while ministering in a New York church—complete with an eye-to-eye greeting? As you will see, it is hauntingly similar to the dream I had just had.
Which, by the way, made the Sunday service nothing less than incredible. For me at least. Needless to say, I shared the dream and spoke on the Breaker anointing!

BULL DREAM ON 2-22
Early Saturday morning, on 2-22, the Lord gave me a dream in which I encountered a bull. Most of the time I don’t like bulls. But in this dream the bull was not evil. And it occurred to me that one of the “living creatures” before God’s Throne is pictured as a bull or an ox.
That said, whether good or evil in my dreams, bulls always capture my immediate attention.
I was walking down a street made of what appeared to be Jerusalem stones—the same color as Jerusalem stones anyway. Sidewalks were on either side of the street, with walls beside them. Four-foot walls were on either side of the sidewalks, setting both the street and the sidewalks apart from the rest of the landscape. Over the street and walkways there was a bridge or a tunnel which took the form of an arch.
Walking towards the tunnel, I saw a bull coming towards me at a determined pace. I didn’t want to show fear, so I just kept walking towards it. The bull and I were poised to intersect somewhere near the entrance of the tunnel, and I decided was safer on the outside than the inside. But not by much. No room to run!
And so I stopped. The bull looked friendly enough. In other words no evil seemed to be coming from it. Maybe it even seemed kind.
Should I reach out and pet the bull? The animal lover in me said yes. But the practical side of me did not want to be thrown against a wall, so I decided not to test its temperament. I just stood aside and let the bull pass.
Then I woke up. Praying about the dream, I sense the Lord conveying a couple of things. First is a “state of the union” assessment. A bull market is on its way! This is good news. Though the fact of the matter is, I really don’t know how to interact with the bull market for it’s benefit or mine. Definitely room for growth here. Secondly, I also felt the bull could represent President Trump. His public persona is kind of bullish—and that’s a benefit. In some ways the corridor reminded me of the walkway through the House of Representatives taken by Presidents for the State of the Union Address.
That was the end of the synopsis in our post. Of course it goes with out saying that bulls can also represent the Breaker anointing. Especially when they fulfill the primary passage on the Breaker anointing, Micah 2:13, by breaking out and passing through the gates into the open space, like they did last Saturday night. Amen!
“I will certainly assemble all of you, Jacob,
I will certainly gather the remnant of Israel.
I will put them together like sheep in the fold;
Like a flock in the midst of its pasture
They will be noisy with people.
The Breaker goes up before them;
They break through, pass through the gate, and go out by it.
So their king passes on before them,
And the Lord at their head.”
